United Arab EmiratesYes, parking is far away and it takes some efforts and time to manage car and luggage, but this is the price you pay for staying in the Center. And for the night noise: we came on Saturday evening with huge Festival on the square with hundreds participants and Italy-Albania Euro 2024 late evening game being played and watched by crowds in multiple caffès around. Even with renovated windows, it was quite noisy in the room. We still fall asleep, and after midnight all the noise stopped, and it was a calm and quiet.
Location: in the heart of the city, absolutely amazing views on the Duomo and square. Room - recently renovated, clean, with comfy beds and washroom. Personnel at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

United KingdomWe asked some information at the reception and got our taxi booked via them, which was appreciated but unfortunately they told us our trip will take 15 mins which in fact took 30 mins and we missed our train and connecting train and it disrupted our whole day, other than that we enjoyed our stay.
We stayed in this hotel after our late flight to Bergamo. It's great value for the money, nice clean room and lovely breakfast.

IrelandThere is a shuttle bus from the airport but this only operates for a very limited time during the day. It was expensive to get a taxi and this cost us €40.
We stayed at this hotel for a stopover after a late-night arrival in Bergamo. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean with comfortable bedrooms.

Easily accessed by bus from Bergamo Train Station, we had to leave the hotel at 3:30am for a flight, they arranged a very reasonably priced airport transfer and gave us a voucher to collect our breakfast at the airport. This was so appreciated, a really good service!

RomaniaThe windows are sound proofed, but a plane is a plane, so a sensitive sleeper will still hear the planes landing, which is kind of often. Also you could hear the other people from the floor if they are leaving during the night.
The bed was big and confortable, the bathroom modern, and clean, and if you leave early in the morning and cannot stay for the breakfast, you'll receive a breakfast cupon to be used at the airport.

Clean and well organised! The outdoor area seemed welcoming and had plenty of seating! The bedrooms were clean and modern and very comfortable. We arrived late, with two tied children, the cot was already assembled with bedlinen and baby towel! Overall a good experience!

Very close to the airport. Friendly and helpful stuff!! Also I had an early flight and I wasn’t able to attend to breakfast and they gave me a voucher to have coffee, water and croissant on the airport. Also they have shuttle to the airport (10 mins approximately) with a small €5 charge
