Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BulgariaRestaurant is good for a business trip type of lunch/dinner, it is not fancy enough for an official high class restaurant. It is more like a cantine. From the description I was expecting better. On the other hand the service was very good and the food was tasty.
The rooms were specious and comfortable. There is free parking. Excellent Road House Grill restaurant on the opposite corner of Stalingrado Blvd.

The negative point was the last night, because my room connected to the neighbour with just a door separation, and the guests decided to have "a party" there, which prevented me to sleep from 1am to 5:30 am.

AustraliaMy room in this modern hotel was comfortable and sensibly furnished, with plenty of shelving and a large writing surface. It had large windows and was completely quiet. The bathroom was sensibly designed. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good and plentiful. I did walk from and to the Central Railway Station with my luggage, and I also walked to and from the Centro Storico, but it’s a few kilometres. There are buses departing near the hotel to both destinations.

United KingdomThe first use of the bathroom had me concerned, while it was of good size, the first use of the sink, and the shower started off with weird brown liquid coming out and had me concerned about the shower but after a minute of letting it flow it was good. The view out of the window was poor as it was looking at a petrol station and the car was was often heard through even closed windows.
Breakfast had a good variety of food and drink options with plenty of space to sit, the room was well spacious and the bathroom was of a good size, the location was great for the needs of my visit to access to the congress centre

RomaniaThe parking area is too small for the capacity of the hotel, if you arrive late during evening, you will not find a spot. They have an additional garage with 1 euro/hour, the staff requested us to park there, a bit disappointing as we were not informed during booking.
The room was very clean, very spacious and well equipped. The staff was nice and they cleaned every day. Also, the breakfast was very good and a lot of variety to choose from. Location is approx 25 mins walk to the center.

United KingdomNo tea/coffee facilities in the room. Stayed on 2 occasions on this trip and on the 2nd stay, the room wasn't as clean as the first stay and there was only 1 bedside table and 1 light for a double room... this room was also next to the elevator which was very noisy.
Location was only 2.5km walk over the bridge to old town which was doable for us so didn't mind this walk. Buffet breakfast was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
