The hotel felt a bit understaffed and lacked a welcoming bar space. You had to get a receptionist to get you a drink from the unmanned bar which wasn’t a very comfortable or relaxing space after a day on the slopes. Some sofas, cocktails and a member of staff to man the bar would be a great and welcome improvement. Also, was the restaurant even open during our stay? We were there for a week and it didn’t seem to be open at any point during our stay. Breakfast when booked through booking.com was not included and worked out at €10pp per day which is a bit steep, particularly for families.

We could not cool the room down, even after we were told that the heating was turned off in our room. Quite uncomfortable. Ski storage was very very basic. So if you are on a ski holiday, it’s better to have your equipment stored in a proper place, so you will have dry boots in the morning.

Pool and spa were nice to have, after a day on ski.

Some of the furniture in the room was a bit dated. Also, the sound proofing in the rooms wasn’t the best - we could hear everything going on in the room above us.

Lovely, friendly atmosphere. The restaurant and bar were great and very good value for money. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location was good - only a 10-15 minute walk from the centre. On-site parking, and we loved how it was dog friendly- our chihuahua Diego had a great time!

Very spacious rooms that were spotlessly clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable and all the linen soft to the touch. The staff were friendly and professional - and multilingual. The pool and spa outside were so agreeable, especially with the 34° heat !

A couple of disappointments. Firstly the restaurant was closed in the evening. Secondly the car park got pretty full though we did manage to park. Finally it had an EV charger but that didn’t work for me. That was a shame but I managed to charge in town at a pretty decent price so I didn’t have a problem.

When I booked this hotel I thought I’d have further to walk to get into central Aosta but it turned to be closer to town than I thought. Aosta itself has bags of Roman history so worth exploring. I’d be happy to stay here again.

While we loved all the dogs in the reception area, it should be made more clear in the description so that people with allergies or phobias can take notice. We had no problem with it, and it was unique.

The hotel was well-located, not too far from Aosta. We had a car, so it was easy to get in and out: the parking was available and we never had a problem finding a spot. We enjoyed the room and the cleanliness. Overall, I would recommend this place, it was low-key and easy.

The reception staff could have been more helpful and courtious, and explained a bit more about the hotels facilities and the town’s virtues!

The hotel was in a good location, a 5minute walk from the old part of the town- which is well worth a visit!! The pool and spa are a bonus also.

The property was as we expected

Very helpful staff. Overall only a short walk to the main area where there were ample restaurants etc. The bedroom was spacious. Parking the car was straightforward.
