Bit loudly during night, when other travellers believe, that 1 am is perfect time for loudly conversation in front of your door.

Perfect location for city break, 15 walk from airport, 5 min walk from central station. Great staff, very helpful.

The bed mattress were too small. I’m a 6ft guy so not massive but I struggled to fit on it both length and width ways. There is no kitchen to use ie no fridge to store things which is a hassle.

They serve an awesome English breakfast for only €9. The staff was super friendly and helpful and they played the Euro football games on a big projector.

I paid for an entire room which was set up in the dorm room style for four singles. So even though I paid for more, I got a single bed and was instructed that if I used any part of the other beds I would be charged. I also had to pay for a towel. It's a cashless property so I all the Euros I brought didn't help much; every time I purchased a coffee or incidental expenses I had to use my credit card. That's merely a preference issue, though.

The staff were lovely! Very kind and friendly! Excellent English speakers. The housekeepers were great; they not only tidied the room daily but they cleaned the bathroom. The common area of this hotel is vibrant, clean, and fun. The cafe/bar hours are convenient. The outside area was clean and relaxing. The food is very affordably priced.

The first staff member when I arrived was not welcoming, he was too busy, too many people arrived at once (around 0.30am) and there was only him. A smile would have been nice. Quite noisy at night/early morning with the trains.

The room was great and it was good to have an en-suite in the room. Staff in the daytime were lovely really friendly. Nice options for breakfast and tables outside.

Checkin was not so easy despite of other Safestay locations in other cities. I also paid extra fee about 4 EUR which was not fair as in booking it was not mentioned but in general it was good. There was no shampoo and soap in the room.

The extras to pay for- bag storage= 3 euro per bag, towels = 4 euro. No soap etc. cups for water which we had in family rooms at other places. With a few of you, the extras really add up and the room itself wasn't the cheapest.

Good location near train station and airport. Nice spacious clean room. Family friendly atmosphere. Table football and onsite bar/ cafe. Clean private bathroom.

Beds - smaller mattress than the frame and quite hard, but the rate was low, so happy as I got what I paid for. Had to ask for air conditioning every few hours, incl in the middle of the night, waking up hot again.

Place has everything and then some. Excellent location. Staff were very good.

Kettle to make a cuppa tea but I guess you can buy it from the cafe.

The staff is excellent and 24 service. The cafe has reasonable price and they sell postcards with stamps and the letter box is there which is emptied regularly by the postman! The facility includes car park, outdoor place, washing machine and dryer with reasonable price and my fav music instruments eg. Drum, piano and other stuff. I like everything about this place!
