Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaGreat location as a starting point to go exploring Florence with a tram just around the corner. Great breakfast downstairs buffet style. For some reason the aircon was fine during the day, but each night around midnight it seemingly stopped blowing cold air and didn't blow cold air until morning around 6am - Reception was unable to assist when asked about it.

South Koreawifi signal is weak.
It is close to the historic city center and outside the ZTL. It has its own parking lot. The facilities are modern and clean. Bathroom is wide. The coffee served at breakfast is delicious. In particular, I would like to commend the staff, Mr. Raffaele, for being kind and skillful.

AustraliaOur aircon and fridge wasnt working however the staff were super friendly and provided us with a fan and an alternative for the fridge.
Staff were awesome and very welcoming and friendly. Went out of their way to help us. The tram stop to the City Center was just a few meters away from the hotel and the train station is also very close. Overall our stay was really comfortable.

Location was very good to explore Florence one more night before airport departure in the morning. It was so nice of staff to carry our luggage up the steps in entrance and back down for cab in the morning. Appreciated staff calling cab in the morning for airport and cab arrival in minutes. Our room was very clean.

CanadaThe location…far enough away of all the hustle and bustle of the tourist but close enough to walk everywhere. The room as well as the whole hotel was just spotless. All the employees we met were friendly, courteous and polite. Loved the honeycomb in the breakfast buffet. Also loved the cappuccino that were made fresh and on demand. Would definitely stay there again if ever in Florence again and would and will recommend to my friends and family.

SpainI cant really say anything that I didnt like. To be honest, the hotel provided a very good service in every aspect.
Breakfast was excellent, they had everything one would expect and for every taste. Compared to other hotels, above avereage at least. The rooom had a good size and the location, not being right in the historic center of Florence, was within a walking distance from it. Didnt need to use taxi or other transportation method.
