To go to the city centre is a bit far, and not pleasant to walk to under the heat, we always took the car. The staff was not always at the facility, only in the mornings between breakfast and lunch time. The price was too high, considering the service offered: less than average breakfast, no smart tv, faulty shower, and air conditioner next to the bed. In general, I don't like the idea of an elevated Airbnb experience at the price of a hotel. You don't really get the comfort of a hotel and neither all the conveniences of having a private kitchen and appliances.

Located in front of the sea, we always found free parking place nearby (end of August). I guess it is a perfect location for people that want to stay at the beach all day and nights. The beds are comfortable and we had a cute terrace with a sea view. The staff was friendly when present. There is a small kitchen that you can use to make a salad or serve some ready made meals. Good coffee machine in the room.

Very central, just in front of nice beach, easy to find parking. Really clean place, free umbrella and beach chairs to bring to the beach. Very nice breakfast

We stayed in the junior suite with a sea view, but there is no direct sea view from the private balcony. There is a sea view from the public terrace which is accessible from the private balcony.

The floor required wet cleaning from time to time, the rest were very very clean.

Front beach location Room standards were very good Breakfast was wonderful !!!! Compare to any other breakfasts we had. Avalo is very recommended if you plan to see Noto and Siracuza.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Pantanello Rooms. The room was modern and spacious with a great sea view. The hydrotherapy shower was wonderful as well! Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. There's a lovely sandy beach opposite, with a brilliant beach bar serving coffees, cocktails and lunches. There was also a lifeguard on duty. Avola was a pleasant location. Not too touristy but enough bars and restaurants to offer some choice. Restaurants are 10 minutes' walk in either direction along the sea front.

Our terrace light was flickering and on night one we didn’t have chairs on the balcony until we borrowed from the breakfast area.

The terrace was awesome, the shower was nice, and breakfast was great.

The accommodation was amazing! Great location with the beach across the road. Wonderful views from the breakfast terrace which you can access at any time during your stay. Breakfast very tasty and plentiful. Choice of sweet and savoury, lots of fruit. Room clean and tidy daily. Very nice and helpful staff. We were extremely satisfied. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nothing to complain about at all. Just remember thay the rooms are on the second floor with no lift, but they're easy to climb!

If youre looking for a place to stay in Avola make sure you come here. Quiet, stone's throw away from the sea, super clean and modern and the staff are amazing especially Kirby! Breakfast will make you put on weight so be careful!

I would have liked some brown bread for breakfast, but I guess it’s just Italian to have brioches & sweets, apart from that all was amazing!

The B&B is right by the sea and a beautiful beach is literally 20m away from the entrance - lovely! ilaria was super friendly and gave us recommendations, the location is perfect and you can walk around Avola from the place without being dependant on the car. It’s very modern and comfortable :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Pantanello Rooms Avola, the room was spacious and well equipped. The sea view from our balcony and the breakfast room was so nice. The breakfast buffet was plenty and delicous and the staff was so helpful. Can highly recommend this place!
