The Wi-Fi didn’t really work, but besides that everything else was great. Just be aware it’s a self checkin, we got a little lost trying to find it.

Convenient location right next to the main train station. The room was lovely and the host was too. A little brekkie room in the morning was a good extra.

Our apartment looked to the street so it was very loud, we could hardly get some sleep during the night even with closed windows.

Very good location, Termini station is within 10 minutes. Easy to reach the main famous locations. Good restos nearby.

We stayed in a family room, with room for 4 guests. The room was exceptionally clean and very well decorated. The location is very close to Termini but on a quiet street...so quiet we were able to sleep with the windows open. Beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows. Directions for remote check in were very easy to follow. Isabella is an incredibly kind and helpful host. We had a tricky lost luggage situation, and she really went the extra mile to help us out!

Location is near the Roma Termini and city center, it was good. You have separate bathroom in rooms. But you share same kitchen. There is no wardrop or enaugh tables to put your stuff. Room and kitchen was clean. For otopark you can buy 8 hours car parking cards, tobacco shop 50 meter away from hold rome. 8 hour ticket is 4 euros, and put it inside of frontwindshield of your car. After 19 pm to 08 am no need to pay, you have to pay on daytime.

The walls are thin, we could hear everything that the other people were doing in their room. In our room it was super cold, the first night we had to sleep all dressed. I turned on the AC to the max (like 30C) and then it became berable BUT sleeping with the AC running is a doubtful pleasure if you are a light sleeper. The bathroom felt like a fridge despite the AC running all the time at its max, it was hard to get off the shower.

I really liked the location, very convinient. Close to Termini train station, Coleseum is just about 20 minutes walk. The hotel is in the residential building. It was nice to be able to drink some tea or coffee after official breakfast hours. The kitchen was available.

The only thing was eggs had to be cooked by ourselves in an egg cooker / steamer. Which was a slight inconvenience but we got use to it. WiFi was a bit weak and sometimes it dropped but wasn't a hassle as we used our data.

They are apartment rooms converted, so don't expect it to be a hotel. There are only 3 suites in the property with a shared kitchen/eating area for breakfast. It is conveniently located near the Rome central train station. Breakfast quality was good unlimited, but expect it to be a continental breakfast. We were a family of 4 and the room had 1 double bed and 1 sofa, which was comfortable. Good clean rooms as well. Isabella, the host, was a very nice person and gave us all the information we needed and was helpful. She also helped us recover my lost bag at a nearby pizzeria restaurant, which was very appreciated.

Staying for 4 nights, it would have been nice to have a bit more variety or rotation for breakfast, also one day there wasn’t much left. Though the whole breakfast was arranged nicely.

A really nice home-y feel with name chalk boards on the room doors and overall atmosphere of an apartment turned into a mini hotel. Cool fusion of b&b and boutique hotel. clever check in system. Nice room, great location 15 min walk to Colosseum and close to classic places you want to see in Rome + Very close to the train station. Good local restaurants on the same street.

The breakfast is self service and there are not instructions on how to use the egg machine for example. Also, there’s no staff there during breakfast, so when some other group consumed all the yoghurts and milk, there was nobody to replace. In addition, there was no wifi in our room for most of our stay, and even after it was fixed on our third day, the wifi is very low in the room, so if you really need it, it’s a problem! Overall though the room is super comfortable and modern!

As for our room, we could hear the street noise and the air conditioner working, and the poor Wi-Fi connection. But it didn't interfere with the vacation :)

Cozy, neat and comfortable room. Excellent working air conditioner. Breakfast is quite simple, but it depends on your imagination :) The place may be a bit far from the main attractions, but it is convenient to reach the train and bus station.

Although our room had beds for 4, there wasn't much room for the luggage that 4 people bring, and we don't travel with a significant amount of luggage. A little more coordinated on our arrival time would have made it easier - having no reception makes checking in tricky.

The breakfast was too poor for the price it requiered. It would have been nice to be able to have a possibility to talk to the host. We only interacted with the host via Booking messages.
