Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe stayed twice two nights at the beginning of our holiday and then our last night before we were heading back to the UK. It was booked based on location for the airport and visiting Venice. We couldn’t get our safe to work in our room and even after asking at reception to have it looked at it was never sorted. Two coffee sachets only in the room for two people. We would have liked a coffee at the end of our day and then in the morning to waken to. Felt this was a bit stingy of the hotel especially with the price you pay. Which brings me to the other thing which is that for the price we paid there was no breakfast. I felt for the price we did pay breakfast should really have been supplied. Value for money it was pretty poor. Being charged to park your car even though you are a guest staying there is greed also . Would I stay again probably not but only because of the value for money thing.
Staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. The beds and pillows are super comfy. Toiletries in the bathroom are lovely. Hotel is clean and modern. A little shop on site.

SwitzerlandI would expect more room amenities such as slippers, q.tips, etc. At times, at the lobby one could smell sewage.
Breakfast was diverse, fresh and good quality. The room was big and very clean, as it was the public areas of he hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful at all times. Their parking was underground, big and clean. The hotel location is perfect because the bus stop for lines 5 and 19 that go to Venice are in front.

We loved our stay at the Hilton. Was only a 10 minute bus trip to Venice and they covered our entry fee. It was beautiful weather so we got to soak up the sun by the pool. Food at the restaurant was good also.

ThailandAlthough there is a bus stop in front of the hotel, it is located in a desolate area without any attractive sites nearby. There is an overpass near the bus stop, however, its elevator has broken so it is very difficult to carry heavy luggage over the road.
Goof breakfast with hot and cold food. Well-designed room and comfortable bed. The hotel is not too far from Venice Island and has convenient transportation.

Compared to the hotels in the center of hotels, it is much much better in terms of cleaness, comfortablty and staff behaviour but more than that bussiness which are going to the Venice center passing in front of the hotel and it is very easy to reach.
