The room was a bit small.. We have no time to enjoy the spa. Too few outlet sockets. The one beside the bed did not work.

Location, walking distance from the Town Centre. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of varieties.

We were in the apartment in Via Suffragio, there were no oil, salt, dishwasher’s soap, bottles opener. Everything was good but some basic stuff was missing.

Great value for money, good spa and location. Gorgeous view from the room and close to train station for Bolzano etc. You do have to pay extra for the spa but that seems to be a thing across many European countries.

The hotel is really new and beautiful! Perfect spa, outdoor swimming pool. Good sauna and relaxing zone. Breakfast was amazing. The view from balcony is very beautiful. Hotel looks bright and, beautiful in the evening/night. Also, everything is Thoughtful , I was there with a dog, and for them(dogs) everything is Thoughtful . Also the evening jacuzzi with bubbles after a long road, it was amazing. For sure I will come one more time.

Everything was good.

If you take the fifth floor with the jacuzzi, you won’t regret it! Breakfast is great, big variation of sweets. Staff is very kind. Pet friendly.

The wellness is nice with nice options. But it is small.

The hotel is close to the city center. We can do a lot without any need to use the car.

Great hotel close to the city center of Trient. Very friendly staff and modern rooms with AC and balcony. We didn't use the spa area, but it looked great as well! Breakfast offered lots of options and there was a secure bike storage available

No negatives at all. All very positive.

This was the second year we stayed at the hotel and everything was as good as our previous stay in 2023. Hi hotel is a perfect choice for us on our journey to Venice …just off the motorway and easy to find via the sat nav. The area of Trento around the hotel is picturesque….the castle, mountains etc. Both rooms were excellent with very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms with towels and toiletries.The younger members of the family thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the spa. We had recommended the hotel to our friends who were also travelling to Venice and they were also very pleased. An excellent breakfast with plenty of choice of hot and cold food was enjoyed by adults and children.

The standard double room is not impressive for a 4 star hotel, but totally fine.

The Spa is the best part of the hotel, the tickets cost 18€ per person and it was totally worth it; the hotel provides towels and bathrobes and allows you to to spend the whole day there. Breakfast is tasty and there are plenty of options. The bed is very comfortable.

There is no possibility to control air conditioning or at least turn it off. We were freezing in the room. Also missing the user manual from the hot tube bath, I was searching the internet for it. During hot summer days it would be nice to have a pergola over the terrace. This will limit the amount of heat got by water in the bath. The water inside the bath was quite hot when we arrived.

Very well located hotel with astonishing views of Trento city from the terrace with jacuzzi bath. The hotel has a spa and the gym. Nicely decorated outside. Well equipped room. Quite comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Tasty breakfast with a good set of sweets and bakery. All places of interest in the city are within walking distance. What's good for Italy is that the hotel is in a quiet place, so no rush from the transportation.

Loved everything about this hotel! Great breakfast, amazing spa and facilities, could not fault it! Best hotel I have stayed in so far on our trip in Europe. Lovely bag and towels and slippers and dressing robe for the spa. So tranquil and quiet. Bedroom was spacious and great air conditioning! Great location to town centre.

Extensive outdoorbreakfast. Excellent location close to the pedestrian city centre with public parking in front of the hotel at a preferential rate of 11 euro's per day. Great views of the Dolomiti from the balcony of your room.

To visit the spa you have to pay an extra fee, and we decided not to visit it, so I have no comments on that.

The hotel is good, with a nice room and a good breakfast. The hotel has a romantic atmosphere, so it seems designed to go with a partner, which was not my case. I was with a friend, but we had an overall good experience.

Wellness in dit hotel is fantastisch. Hotel kamer was ruim en schoon. Super pizza restaurant naast het hotel.
