At the arrival I had to check in by phone and had to take the room keys by myself, not sure if this is standard or it was just that particular occasion. Also in the toilet there were only hand soap, it would be nice to have some amenities.

Very big room with beautiful view. Bathroom was also big with a tub. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was abundant and with a lot of choice. Big free parking in front of the hotel with a nice playground for kids.

As the hotel is quite a distance from the town and there is nowhere close by for refreshments, the hotel would have been more enjoyable if there had been tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I would have enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a cup of afternoon tea but that was not possible.

Breakfast: not enough fruit and salad as shown in the picture. Room: table is too small. An additional table would add tremendous value. Porch: a cloth liner would help greatly. Location: Quite far from town: 20 minutes' walk along a very busy highway with an unreliable sidewalk (it often switches from one side to another and sometimes just disappears completely). Bus is supposed to come every 15 minutes. However, once we waited for 35 minutes. Price: Too high, given the remote location.

The dog couldn't go in the restaurant. We had to eat the breakfast on the terrasse. The balkone of the room wasn't our own, we shared it with the other room next to us.

The room with three beds was very roomy, beds were very comfy. Nice bedding and multiple types of pillows were at our reach. I really liked the roomy balcony (even though it was shared). Everything was very clean!

I just suggest having more facilities like little heaters if the guests have cold and the gas heaters are turned off due to the season, also an iron at the reception when a guest needs it, stuff like this could be amazing. Thanks :)

It was a bit disappointing not having someone there to check us in and having to call a phone-number and doing it on our own. I also think the room could do with some simple upgrades (being able to turnoff the balcony light, having a mirror in the room and not only in the bathroom and having a mini-fridge).

Loved the overall vibe of the hotel, it was super simple and with a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast was lovelly and the room itself was spacious and nice.

I wouldn't say I liked that we couldn't check out before 7:30 AM (we could but it's an additional charge). The rooms could use a pair of slippers.

Quick check-in over the phone. The room was very spacious with a beautiful balcony overseeing the surrounding mountains. The bed was comfortable, pillows not so much. The staff was kind and helpful.

We went there with 8 adults, booked via this platform, and just a day before, we got a message saying that we need to pay extra €100 for each bed because what we booked 1 double and 1 quadruple room - 6 beds. Be careful about the beds, the app shows you book for n people, doesnt mean you get n beds. Turns out there are many others cases as you can read them on Google Maps review so this is not the first time.

The bathroom is totally old, and you have no privacy in your room because the balcony of the room is the balcony of other 3 rooms and anyone could smoke or walk in front of your room windows. You have to choose, privacy or natural light in the room

The only minus was the price a little expensive.

Hotel is set in beautiful surroundings of mountains and countryside, there is a small river that runs at the back of the hotel and a tarka trail which leads into the small town. There is plenty of space to park and a bus stop next to the hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean with comfortable beds, breakfast was very nice, good selection. Staff were friendly and attentive, the lady who owned the hotel was a delight and went out of her way to be helpful.
