I don’t recommend the breakfast as it is mostly of ready packed biscuits and pastries. Coffee is fresh and nice. There is a small market around the corner so you can buy fruits, cheese and yogurt.

Nice and cozy small hotel ! Very easy to reach from Venice central with just tram n.1 , in around 15 min. Super easy, even with kids. Tidy and comfortable room, nice toilet with needed toiletries (shampoo, body lotion, cap and soap). Nice bed, fluffy towels.

There seemed to be an issue with the coffee machine in the breakfast room. It once sprayed coffee all over. The coffee itself was average at best, which was unexpected in Italy.

This hotel is a surprise find in somewhat overpriced Venice. Spotless, comfortable rooms and its location right next to a bus stop come at a fair price which probably makes it one of the best choices in Venice in terms of cost to quality ratio. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we were leaving the room very early. The location is a very good one, green area and tram within 3 minutes walk. The tram goes to Venice in Piazzale di Roma in half an hour. The cheapest and fastest. 50 m from the hotel is the bus stop that goes to the center and to the terminal where you leave for the airport. The reception staff is very friendly and can help you. The room was small but particularly clean, everything seemed new. Sheets and towels changed every day. We stayed for 5 days. The hotel is 2 stars but the services exceed 3 stars in some aspects.

Great location, easy to get to, direct bus number 15 from marco polo airport 25 minutes and stops right outside 😀. Value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is an ideal spot to get in and out of venice on the bus or tram network. Restaurants and bars nearby everything we needed for a long weekend away. 10 minutes to get into venice 👍

This is not something I didn't like. It is feedback. They offer breakfast for 6 euros, but it is too basic. I'd be willing to pay more and get a proper breakfast before heading out

The staff were súper nice and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. Location is excellent to visit the island in one simple and fast tram for 1.5 euros.

Nice small Hotel. Stay here instead of paying extra heavy amount inside touristy Venice. You can stay in Mestre and explore Venice central by just taking the T1 tram, which is 5mins walk from Hotel Guidi. We used to catch the tram by 10am and return back by night time to the hotel. Super easy and convenient. Best to take the 24 or 48 hours day pass, which will include bus, tram, train and water bus rides within Venice and Mestre. Also, bus number 15 comes right in front of the Hotel if you are coming from Venice Mestre Train Station.

The bathroom and beds are over dated, the bathroom needs renovation it's just not logical to have black mold in the shower, also it's very small and hard to manage in it, "I am not a chubby person".The beds are not proper matrases and need to be renewed.. the fridge smells very bad, there are open gaps between the ceiling and the middle ceiling which doesn't look good.

The location of the hotel, the staff are wonderful helping with every matter and question, the cleaning ladies clean very well and get the room fresh everyday. Shower has good hot water in good pressure. In total it's good for the money in Venice where trash hotels demand 150EUR for a night.

2 of the 3 rooms had showers with black mold so we shared the 1 nice shower. Room closest to the road is noisy due to traffic.

The staff are amazing, they are all friendly and helpful people, and always chirpy as well, which made the whole experience of staying at the hotel a superb one. I came in circa 3 hours earlier than regulated check-in hour and they tried to get the room ready as fast as possible for us. Spotlessly clean. They also have bus tickets (single trip) at reception, and since Venice buses and trams don't have ticket machine on them it's best to just ask the staff of the hotel for the single trip bus tickets, much more convenient that way if you need to get to the Mestre train station. Breakfast is really decent for the price tag of 6 euro, a lot of small but tasty cornetti, plus nice coffee and tasty hot chocolate. If you want some tea any time of the day their coffee machine also works as hot water dispenser available all day long. The location is convenient both for reaching the train station and the airport, you'll need to pay attention to the timetable of the buses though. The place actually look better decor-wise when I come here compared to the photos on booking.com, which must have been taken quite some time ago. It's a pleasant surprise.
