We really enjoyed the place. There was a very nice balcony and the room was super clean. The owner, Lucia, was super nice to us and she provided whatever we asked. The breakfast was amazing and there was a microwave, coffee maker, boiler and dishes available for use during the day. There is a train station, Marconi, right in front of the house and we travelled from there to Polignano a Mare easily(with only a 3-euro ticket). The b&b is close to a beach and is 10 minutes on foot to the old Bari city centre

The train rail is very close to the building (10-15 meters) - most of the trains go by relatively slowly and quietly, but some trains go faster and are noisier. There are 2 apartments - 1 on 7th floor and 1 on 8th floor. The terrace is on the 8th floor - from the 7th floor you go up via a staircase, through the 8th floor apartment's kitchen and into the terrace. Not a lot of privacy for the people staying on the 8th floor.

The host is very helpful and kind, providing us with great restaurant recommendations, info regarding free parking, preparing sandwiches for us whenever we left too early to have breakfast; Breakfast is very good; Very well equipped kitchen; Coffee machine with capsules included; The building is close to Pane e Pomodoro beach (maximum 5 minutes walking distance); Free parking available just 5 minutes away; Comfortable beds; Very large apartment. The terrace is very nice;

Very good location, the host speaks English. Breakfast was tasty, fresh ( but you get everyday the same - 2 buns, 1 croissant, 2 slices of cheese, some sausage and ham), juice and water. But you have small fridge and common kitchen where you can do tea, coffee or eat some snack. Clean. We had nice terrace, but minus is that it was connected to kitchen so not much privacy, as other guests were sitting there and smoking . Perfect location near train station, close to beach and some restaurants/ dok market. I am happy with the stay.

It was cold in apartment(end of march). In the bedroom has an air conditioner, but doesn’t work good. It has a heaters too… but at all it was little cold . Loudly, the railway train is next to building. The free parking is about five minutes away from property!

The property is less comfortable for exploring Bari, 20 minute walk to the city center.

This property is close to the beach and waterfront. Large free parking lot nearby makes it very convenient for those who travel by car. Our accommodation was a room in the apartment that has also a dining room/ kitchen and a large balcony (8th floor). The host Lucia was super nice and the breakfast was great, included eggs, cheese and meats, fruits and yogurt, breads and coffee. Also, coffee and snacks were always available during the day.

The apartament is near a sandy beach. There is a free parking about 200 m away. The breakfast is good. The distance to the center of Bari is 2.5 -3 km, nice walk along the seaside

Having to leave . It’s a very comfortable and your stay should be more than 3 days to fully enjoy the place and the area.

The noises from train are a little disturbing.

Unfortunately the owner made an error with one of our bookings and we had to move last minute. The shower head needs replacing and doesn’t really work. This is an easy fix.

The water pressure was very low so it was hard to use the shower. The bath couldn't really be used like this. And there were more guests staying in other rooms near the terrace.

We liked the apartment, it's reachable by elevator and has a great view. We liked how close it is to the beach and city center. We also liked the kitchen and facilities there.

It’s a bit far from the city center but not so far, like 25-30 min walk. The shower isn’t so comfortable. The bed makes big sounds so when you wake up in the night you wake your partner too.

Lucia, the owner of this Airbnb is super helpful and nice. We borrowed the umbrella and towels from her for the beach. This location is super close to Pane E Pomodomo like 5 min walk. There is also a sandwich shop nearby. Breakfast is served with local Italian style food which is really awesome! Lucia even accepted out request of late check out, very thoughtful owner. Will come back next time for sure!

The squeaky elevator.

Lucia was an extremely kind host. She was very welcoming and the breakfast she prepared was perfect. The room, terrace and bathroom were all clean and with exception of the squeaky elevator, it was a very quiet night.
