Our room said garden view but really we looked out onto a parking lot which made us not want to sit on the balcony.

fabulous old school hotel, excellent staff, immaculate rooms, all spaces. I loved it . The breakfast was an abundance of delights, lunch was perfect and the bar was wonderful. Our room was beautiful, very clean, spacious, comfortable beds and gorgeous bathroom.

Beautiful hotel in great location close to the old town as well as the ferry and train. Great service - the staff were all excellent. We loved the fabulous rooftop pool and bar overlooking Sorrento Bay.

Counter space in washroom was small. Pool on 6th floor could have been a bit warmer. Hotel was just a little off main strip than we liked and required a lot of walking.

Great hotel with lots of choices inside for food and drinks. Rooms were very nicely decorated with tiles.

The pool was lovely and the dining room staff were impeccable, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was amazing.

The hotel is located on a quiet street a short walking distance to shops, restaurants, train station, etc. Restaurant Limoncello across the street is delightful and delicious. The staff was wonderful!

Should have chosen a room with a better view. Also, the housekeeping staff was very late in cleaning the room.

Lovely breakfast and very welcoming front desk staff. Valet was very attentive as well. Easy to retrieve car and helpful with the luggage. Very nice common areas. Dining room staff very accommodating.

The hotel is located in the perfect location. Walking distance from the ferry, beach and downtown, with a beautiful lemon grove across the street. The hotel, lobby, and room were beautiful, classy, and clean. The bed was very comfortable, great shower, air conditioning, and view of the sea. I enjoyed the variety of the morning breakfast and the service was excellent. Very friendly and prompt staff. Highly recommended.

The "partial sea view" is actually more of a 'street view'. It was loud (one floor up from a busy street) with all of the traffic noise, and didn't have much of a sea view. No coffee pot/keurig in the room, instead had instant coffee with tea kettle (not tasty). No usable refrigerator in the room (only mini bar). It was disappointing that you could not order food from a restaurant in the hotel and eat it at the rooftop pool.

Breakfast each morning was super. The location was central to some shopping/restaurants. Bathtub was nice. Enjoyed the various bars and food available by the hotel. The rooftop pool was small and not temp controlled but the views and chairs were nice. 15-20 minute walk to the closest harbor/ (busy) beach area. Piano night was fun.

Beautiful view, very clean, beautiful rooms with very comfy bed, great breakfast. A beautiful hotel. It's not in the City center but just a short walk. Bonus is that it is not too far from the train so easy to walk with rolling luggage and very convenient for traveling to Naples.

Both pools were very cold but I suspect warm in the high summer months,the weather was not good whilst we were there.

An excellent hotel in central Sorrento,the decorations were stylish and comfortable,the garden was so beautiful,lovely place to have a drink under lemon and orange trees.Every single member of staff went out of their way to make you welcome.

One of my friend’s room 118 had a problem with drainage in the bath, it was backing up and she was getting dirty grainy water coming up the bath plug hole and could not shower.

This is a terrific hotel. Extremely clean, beautiful tile throughout. Very helpful staff, on-site restaurants have excellent food. We had terrace facing the bay of sorrento which was also excellent. Would definitely stay there again on next visit. Convenient walk 5-7 mins to city center. Large lift for luggage and spacious rooms ...

Our room was by the housekeeping office- not ideal and noisy early AM. No windows. I knew this room did not have ocean view and contacted hotel twice and each time I was told it was a very nice room. Not having windows was uncomfortable. The small balcony doors were away from bed.
