The hotel could need updating in some areas as other reviews have said but overall the hotel is extremely comfortable and clean so this did not really effect us.

The room was so big. This was the absolute biggest room we have ever stayed in as family of four. There was plenty of room to get ready and have some space. The pool was a god send in the heat and the barman was really nice. One thing to note you must wear swimming caps in the water which they will provide but it is first come first served after that you must wear shower caps which are not great. If i had known i would have brought some with us. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the centre. It was easy to get a taxi from the hotel as it was very hot and we found that bars/restaurants were happy to order taxis for us as it was difficult to find one on the street.

Desperately needs an update it is quite run down. The toilet paper and towels were very low quality The breakfast was adequate. The pool was quite nice but the hours of 10 am to 7 pm is ridiculous especially in summer

It's a very good location especially if you have a car - it's close to the Old town and very easy to park. Rooms are comfortable but dated. Good value for money and the staff were helpful enough

Old, bad maintained. Breakfast was poor and the staff at the breakfast was even poorer. It says 4 stars but it is far away from 4 stars.

The pool area could do painted , We were reluctant to take photos as the wall behind fountain was in bad repair. Carpets in stairs could be replaced and inner garden area could be cleaned

Loved the location, the breakfast and poolside attendants who did a great job looking after us. Our initial check in staff was excellent but thereafter we met one very unpleasant guy who had no interest in helping us rent a car.

It was close to the old town centre but on a hot 🥵 day it was a bit of a walk !

We arrived at 10.30 , check in was 14.30 but they gave us our room!!! The staff were very friendly, we were initially told that our room wasn’t ready which we understood but then a very nice gentleman had a look and said that our room was ready ! Amazing service .

They didn't have a gym or a spa.

Excellent location. Close to bus terminal and old town. Room was spacious and staff were extremely friendly. Water with mint infusion was a welcoming bonus. Swimming pool was excellent

Hotel was very cold. Shower in our room was small and doors were difficult to open. Dinner menu was difficult to understand and waiters didn't speak enough English to help us.

The hotel needs some attention

However, the hotel is tired and in desperate need of renovation. The furnishings are dated. I hated that there was no hand-held shower, only a wall-mounted fixture, but I suppose that's a personal choice. The pool is great, as mentioned, but it closes at 6pm and you have to wear a bathing cap.

The hotel is comfortable, fairly close to the city centre and has parking, which was important to me. I loved the pool area, which is very lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, the shower pressure and temperature good.

Breakfast is very good, a lot of choice - rooms should be updated (sanitary) - location; short to the centre and at overside of the hotel from the street, a big bus/coach place for other destinations (cities, airport Brindisi, etc...)
