Check out was at 11.00, although most hotels have the check out at 12.00. Aprox. at 11.15, we were called and offered the late check out option.

This was the perfect vacation for my family! The Grand Hotel Terme in Sirmione provided us with an unforgettable experience. The luxurious accommodations, impeccable service from the staff, and spectacular views of Lake Garda left us breathless. We were particularly impressed and extremely satisfied with the exceptional service we received at the restaurant and the professionalism of the staff there. It might have been what we ordered at dinner but we were rather disappointed by quality of food in restaurant. A shame as the staff in the restaurant were outstandingly good. However, the breakfast was very good.

More choice for vegetarians on restaurant menu is the only thing I could think of.

Hotel is a bit dated.. arrived to some nice biscuits in the room but 2nd night no biscuits and 3rd night no biscuits, no coffee was refreshed and no sweets replaced... milk was not supplied and had to call room service which is a bit much given the price of the room. Room was cold (the temperature had dropped and weather was wet and windy outside to be fair) and heating didn't appear to be working. Had to ask for a second duvet. Dining room has a beautiful view but no real ambiance, without curtains etc which makes it a bit cold... The spa experience lacked any ambience with lights being left on bright giving a feeling of being in an abattoir.. The toiletries were not what i would consider to be with environmentally friendly packaging and were difficult to open with my bad eyesight :-(

Perfect location, next to the gates of Sirmione with beautiful view of the castle and the lake from our room. Plenty of parking and the hotel was well organized to allow us to pass with our car through the barriers. Staff were very helpful and courteous. A couple of days of rain was made very easy to manage while swimming in the heated pool. Restaurant served a nice meal. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would probably stay there again.

For 5 star parts of the hotel looked a little tiered. Although the hotel was exceptionally clean
