The location is in the middle of nowhere, so it’s not really suitable for those who are not coming by car. Ridiculously expensive spa.

The breakfast was excellent, we really enjoyed it. It doesn’t offer the most variety, but it was really good. Very nice and attentive staff at the breakfast and at the reception. The parking is big, there were plenty of spaces even late at night. The room was fine, and the balcony is very nice.

Pool closing at 19:00 hours - if that would be due to noise it is interesting as there was often loud music after 19:00 in that area. Breakfast. The Breakfast can improve. This "mix from concentrate" juices are just awful - and the presentation of the food was not "made with love". Also part of the staff was not really approachable/customer focused in breakfast area. Some variation from day to day would be also good.

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was next to the hotels noisy aircon units. We asked to move but that wasn’t possible.

The pool area and bar were nice, the food in the evening was delicious. The breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety. The location, close to Conversano and within 20 mins of Polignano was also good.

Room seemed to be clean, however the bathroom was "worn out". Fridge in the room was not working, no immediate action was taken, only the night prior to our departure. There is room for improvement in regards to Customer service handling complaints.

Breakfast was amazing and served on the patio. Pool was nice, though using a swimming cap is mandatory - it can be purchased at the hotel. Good location, although the hotel located in an industrial area, it was not bothering. Very close, 10mins drive to Monopoli, Polignano. It was a good hub for our trips to explore the neighbourhood. Hotel is heautiful and clean. Luxurious breakfast on the patio overlooking the pool. Dinner menu is limited. Conversano is a sweet town. However, its a long walk from the hotel.

In 40 yrs of traveling I’ve never had to deal with a washroom needing a deep clean, toilet base covered in urine, requested twice for a clean up, mould & mildew in the shower, also coming out of a pandemic washroom should be priority

The structure looks old and warn out. However interior must have been refurbished and feels nicer. The breakfast was very basic but okay. There was a party in the city and sound proofing did not stop the noise.

The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. The have great soap :) There is a huge and secure parking space so it was easy to find a spot.

Hotel is in nice garden, quiete area. Not too far to Conversano, which is a nice town with nice restaurants. Good parking for our car. Big room with a balcony.

toilet is spacious but the there's a problem in the shower - the water is spilling all over because the partition isn't long enough - we had to use our towels to wipe all the water coming out of the shower, which makes our toilet wet all over. also, there is no electric kettle or coffee/tea maker in the room there are no glasses nor cups for making tea/coffee

Some ants in the room due to our dog food. When we told the cleaning lady it was clear this was an existing problem. Plus breakfast was nothing special. Not bad, and Plenty of choice but definitely not as tasty/quality we had in other places.

It’s a decent luxe hotel, clean place, nice spa facilities. Excellent laundry service, accommodating to us and our dog. It’s a fair price for a fair quality.

We booked a triple room but the 3rd bed was in the room but wasn’t ready to sleep, there was only a cover on it. We found out late evening and at that time with the kid falling asleep we could call the reception to ask for sending somebody to fix it

Good structure and facilities, good location. The outside pool is an asset. Pool personnel very friendly and helpful. Parking free of charge.
