Bed is a little hard and noise can sometimes be heard across rooms and from hallway.

Amazing location and wonderful staff. Just a 5 minute walk to town, 10 minute walk to the port and 3 minute walk to the train station. We were upgraded to a new room for free which was a wonderful addition to our trip. Mariana was always happy to help at the front desk. We would definitely return.

The staff could have been more friendly and helpful. After travelling in Greece and staying at hotels of similar value, where the hotel staff were so kind and helpful, it was apparent this was different from the standard at this hotel. Often, my partner and I would head up to the bar at the pool area to buy water, and we would get stared at like we were imposters or attempting to steal. On the final day of check out, I was asked what I had taken from the mini bar - a couple of waters and a coke - the front desk called the cleaning service on the level of my room to check to ensure that I was not lying. This delayed my departure. In the future, I would suggest that this hotel checks the mini bar daily to keep track of inventory. The rooms need to be stocked regularly with toilet paper and toiletries, which most hotels of this value provide and restock, such as body wash and shampoo. Additionally, items from the mini bar should be restocked on a daily basis.

The room was spacious and modern yet traditionally decorated, reflecting the beauty of Sorrento, which was nice! What is really amazing about this hotel is its location —it is so close to everything. I also appreciated the beautiful courtyard and garden area.

The property is older but very acceptable Only problem we found was the connecting doors between the rooms enabled you to hear everything said next door

Loud noises all night from the room above which nobody was able to resolve. Like a golf ball being rolled around. I even wondered if there was wildlife in the cavity between floors.

When we arrived we found 3 hairs in bath, and 2 on toilet. But the house keeper sorted it. Also in my booking with booking.com I requested low floor, as I do not like lifts. But we were on 5th floor. Lot of stairs every day. And no kettle.

The breakfast sandwich was on white bread with the crusts cut off. A baguette would have been much better. But it was very kind of them to suggest it:)

Room was beautiful with amazing tub and view. Great location, just outside of town so felt more private and relaxed. Concierge was able to help us get a ride booked to Naples airport which was immensely helpful.

We were a bit frightened to buy any food or drink item outside the hotel to take home as there were takes of confiscation on other reviews! Not much choice in the mini bar (no wine and not much water or soft drinks).

No outside light on our balcony so if you wanted to sit out at night to read you couldn't but we were out most nights. Adjoining door to another bedroom, did hear some noise from the other room.

Tere was no coffee maker in the room, no plates/glass/cutleries if you wanted to buy food and eat in the room. Today it's standard to get those things in the room, especially a coffee maker. For the price we pay I was definitely expecting this.

Great service and staff making sure you have everything you need. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, amneties and amazing location. I definitely recommend this hotel and I'd go back there if I have travel again to Sorrento.
