Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Tamara at the desk was so very helpful in securing taxis for our big group after we have been told by the night duty desk staff there won't be enough taxis and that we have to walk to the train station with our big luggages. IrelandIt wasn't possible to book the restaurant any night during our stay before 8.30 p.m. We would have liked to eat earlier than that and would have liked to eat in the bar, but the food selection was very limited.
The breakfast was excellent. We booked a deluxe bedroom but the actual bedroom was quite small. There were only three hangers in the wardrobe, which isn't enough for two people for four days.

Good location, near historic center and bus station, pisa centrale is less than 20min by bus. Staff are very friendly and good options for breakfast.

Although there is nothing the hotel can do about this, the walls between rooms are terribly thin so when the person in the room next to mine had what sounded like an online meeting at 6 am there was no chance of my getting any more sleep. A great shame since I had only got to bed at midnight due to a delayed flight.
The hotel was very convenient for my destination - the School of Engineering of Pisa University. It was also much appreciated that I was upgraded from a single to a double room; thanks!

PolandSoundproofing is not the best, some electrical outlets are not within easy reach and require plug converters. TV is very small and barely working - not that we watched anything. WiFi slow at times and the range is not always great.
It is a bit dated hotel, but well maintained and with some character. It is a maybe 10-12 minutes walk from the main area. Rooms are big enough, well functioning AC, bathroom OK. Breakfast is reasonable, not fancy, but with good coffee.
