We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsIt was noisy, for instance we could hear the neighbors close their closet. Next to the, lots of guests arrived by chartered coach, so groups of people were in the hotel which increases the noise levels.
The room is very specious.

United KingdomOne of our group had an issue on checking out this morning in that their booking was paid upfront, she showed the lady where she paid for 5 nights and it was non refundable???unfortunately there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication and one of the management was quite aggressive and insisted on payment being made again for the one night in question.
We were there for a family wedding in the area. The hotel was ideally located and staff very helpful with taxis and taking us by times in the hotel shuttle. Thank you very much appreciated

United KingdomIt would be even better if there were tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Perhaps a wider breakfast option... We didn't actually have breakfast due to some previous reviews saying it was limited.
The hotel was a fantastic location and near to a lovely traditional restaurant. All staff were extremely helpful during our entire stay which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Good communication and helpful when we needed to book a taxi. The pool is fantastic and staff clearly care a lot about keeping it to an excellent standard. Thank you.

FinlandThe bed felt a little hard maybe the beds should have mattress toppers? I think they normally do but could have forgotten somewhere from our bed but it didn't turn down the experience.
Really liked the hotel and the location. Kids absolutely loved the pool. Breakfast was good. Best parking solutions I have seen in our whole trip (12 countries, 15 hotels). The bathrooms and especially the shower was a wonderful change from the poor quality of previous Italian hotels. I can warmly recommend and we plan to come back. Lifeguard Frederico was great!

UkraineAbsolutely not customer-oriented, the manager allows himself to interrupt and shout at the guest, instead of correcting the situation, bad breakfast, Wi-Fi does not work in the room at all, the photos of the room do not correspond to reality. I booked a Deluxe room for 2 adults and 1 child, which was shown with a sofa in the photo, expecting that my three-year-old child would sleep there. But after checking in, there was no sofa in the room. It was already late, I didn't want to take a long time to figure out why, so I just asked for a cot. I was told that at 10 p.m. they could no longer place an extra bed. Then I asked for a room with a sofa, which I had booked. The receptionist (who was the only nice person there) called the manager. The manager did not want to listen to me at all, interrupted and shouted. It was not just inhospitable, it was very disrespectful to behave like that. All he shouted to me was that a room with a sofa is a different category - a triple room. To my question, then why are these photos listed as a deluxe room, he did not answer, no wonder, because he did not pay attention to what I was saying at all. It was already late, my child wanted to sleep, so I simply did not continue to waste time on a very ill-mannered manager and we went to sleep, the three of us in one bed. If you want hospitality and a pleasant attitude towards you, then this is not about this hotel.
