The AC struggled a bit being behind the blockout curtains so I had to sleep with them open as I get hot in the night. The AC control was so confusing too but it sorted itself out

This place is a gem in a perfect location. Clean, fancy, lovely staff and a jet spa bath that I really needed. Alina at the front desk was so helpful, she managed to get me in to the room before check in time and I had some issues trying to get the bath plug to work and she showed me straight away. She’s an asset to the business. A lovely breakfast too.

The breakfast was awesome and the place was emaculate, excellent Customer Service, they were very accomodative for early check-in. The Fourth Floor suite was a wonderful place for my family and we spent sometime on the terrace outside.

A bit of a walk with a lot of luggage from Santa Maria Novella Station. No separate bidet.

So glad I booked this hotel. The staff was exceptional, which is always a bonus. The room was substantial with plenty of room to store luggage and clothing. The bed was comfortable and the marble bathroom was luxurious. My window faced the street but the noise was not significant. The location is convenient to the Duomo but a farther walk to Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti. There was free breakfast downstairs with many delicious choices. I'm sure I would book here again.

Rooms were quite small so it felt cramped. There were no true “Amenities” like high end shampoos/conditioner or soaps and no robes.

Great hotel! I am delighted with my stay. Beautiful interiors, stunning aesthetics of the hotel, great service and delicious, fruit-rich breakfasts. The best possible location. Very close to all attractions on foot. From the window you can see the Duomo cathedral. The hotel is located in a small street where there are almost no cars. I recommend it very much!

Even don’t know where to start… everything was amazing and just perfect !! The hotel is totally new and cozy, very clean , with beautiful decoration and little details, that made me feel so welcomed after a long long trip! Actually it felt as I arrived home, such warm welcoming i received. The service was more than excelente. People are so attentive and warm ! Loved every minute of my staying there. And I have to mention that the breakfast was amazing!!! Definitely I’m coming back at Glimpse Hotel!! Besides it has great location everything is so close from the hotel you can walk to every main tourist attraction! Love Love Love it !!

Our trip was too short haha!

It is a wonderful hotel located right in the center of Florence (2 min from Duomo), within walking distance from the Central Station. The hotel is brand new. We loved absolutely everything about it - the room (we got a free upgrade), the facilities in it (bathroom is big, all new and shiny), TV, fridge, beds were fantastic. We got a baby cot for our daughter, she loved it. The room was very quiet although the street is rather noisy (which is normal, considering the hotel is located in the very center). The hotel also offers unbelievably delicious breakfasts - huge plates with toasts, eggs, croissants, jam, salmon bagels, fruit bowls, pastries. I could never finish my plate haha. It was just too much, but it was very very good. The personnel of the hotel is amazing - they are SO friendly and helpful! They were always ready to help with everything - booking tickets to museums, giving recommendations about restaurants, showing directions, etc. Fantastic people. Really, one of our best stays ever. We will miss you guys!

I really enjoy the hotel position, so closed to the city centre. Renovated and full of contemporary art works and due attention to detail. Great management and professional staff! Atmosphere was great too, we were pampered and at home. That really makes all the difference.
