You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Kelly and Peppino were marvellous hosts. They made our stay easy and special. They were happy to help in any way. Peppino was very informative about the area and and its history. When we needed their help, they kindly picked us up in the car to take us back to the accommodation. Fabulous breakfast. Fresh fruit, home made yogurt, bread, cake and lots of tasty coffee. We loved the dogs and cats. I couldn't find a bag big enough to take Billy dog home! A very special in a special place.

Beautiful room overlooking Sorrento, the sea, and Naples. The owners were very helpful with information on the local buses and even assisted us in locating a stray dog owner, which included getting a volunteer out to check its chip.

United KingdomNothing you can do about the very steep road to and from the house from the road and parking is the biggest problem of the whole region.
Far from the maddening crowd, in the peace of the hills in the middle of working fruit and vegetable terraces, you will find an oasis that suits the educated traveller without the fuss and nonsense of the hotels on the coast. If you want peace and quiet with a working farm experience you will have found a little heaven.

SpainThe road to the location is very narrow, we once had the courage to do it and finally had to ask Pepino to drive it back for us... But, if you don't mind walking a bit up and down you can easily park in town. We only got wifi on the terrace, which was a bit uncomfortable, especially during nights since it gets a bit cold on the mountain.
The views are amazing, the place is quite and the host was amazing, always helpful and supportive. They even helped us getting a veterinary appointment for our dog.

HaitiHats off to Kelly and Pepino! We stayed there for a week and it was really wonderful. Place looks really nice, clean, away from the traffic and noise of the city, but very accessible by public transport, taxi or private car. Breakfast is a must-have : fresh fruits and everything homemade. Kelly and Pepino are super-hosts. Can't thank them enough! Kind, very attentive, such good-hearted people . We will definitely go back.

everything!! it’s the best. the owners are amazing and so friendly, and the town it’s based in has amazing affordable restaurants but it’s still a good distance from both Sorrento and Amalfi. the breakfast was unbelievable every morning with a great view, and Kelly was so helpful. they offered to drive us to bus stations and even drove us all the way to Sorrento at the end of our stay.

IsraelThe room is not clean because It is full of mosquitos. Also, the car cannot reach the site because the roads are too narrow. The location is bad. We had to go down a very difficult downhill road for about 900 meters to get to the car at every exit and entrance.

PeruNot very comfortable to go with children. The furniture is old. And the location is in a very steep slope with a really narrow and really steep entrance. If you dont have a small car and driving skills better leave the car on the top
The room was very clean and the view is spectacular. The host is attentive and will help with the luggage.
