We were very charmed by the place and the hospitality of the host. The place is in a very good location with good accessibility to the nearby attractions of Tuscany. The bedrooms are equipped with private bathrooms. We were also impressed by the compliment from the owner with products and wine from the Tuscany region. Clean rooms and a clean plot of land with a large and clean pool. This is a place you will want to come back to, which we will definitely do. Thank you very much Cristian!

in one word: Amazing ! from the start Christian was responsive and nice we arrive at the villa and without us asking there was a basket filled with goods (wine, pasta, milk, bread and much more) to start our stay there at the most positive way the villa is big and the location is best looking over the beautiful Tuscany vistas and the city of Certaldo the villa came fully stocked with everything you can image, from kitchen utensils to children toys and box games. laundry room fully stocked and even a barbeque with coals. the pool was very nice and the weather was good so the kids were in it almost everyday

Rested with three families in this wonderful place. We rented two houses and got the whole territory at our disposal! The houses are equipped with everything you need, the view of Tuscany is amazing. The pool is large, clean - sun loungers, umbrellas, playground👌🏻Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! Special thanks to Christian for his care and attention - one of the guests had a birthday, and Christian presented a cake as a gift! Also, upon arrival at each house, we were greeted with a basket of treats. We were very pleased with the stay, the only thing we regret is that we booked so few days :)

The owner, Cristian, was extremely attentive and welcoming. Always available for any need. We found a welcome basket at our arrival and he also presented us with pastries on the third day. He also gave us a discount because the air conditioning broke down before our arrival and needed fixing (fortunately it was fixed by the second day of our stay, so we did not have to suffer the heatwave)

Everything! The host was very kind, house is big, clean, and very comfortable for 2 families with children. Perfect view , spacious garden, excelent pool, very good position to explore Tuscany.

Where to start? OK, this is definitively the best accomodation I have ever been accomodated in. The place is a real paradise. We have lived in the yellow house for one week and didn’t want to leave. First of all, the owner is really nice. He welcomed us with a box of very good food for breakfest and dinner. In his house you can find everything you need and more. The view from terasse is brilliant and you can feel the real Tuscany. The whole place is very calm and the nature around is beautiful. The house is really clean and beds are very comfortable. It is climatizated which was really pleasent in hot days. And the best is the pool. In the beggning of July it was really warm, clean and with beautiful views. And in the evening - with lights on - it was romantic. I hope I will come back soon becouse this place is a real paradise.

5 pm moskitoes can be a nuisance, bring a zapper and reppelent, a gazebo, could be a great addition for longer evenings. The house accomodates perfectly 2 couples so an additional comfortable sofa would improve the living room.

The location is simply fantastic, the house is well equipped with air conditionning in all rooms and all you need to cook and relax. The view from the terrace offers 180 degrees of beautiful Tuscany and all around, nature is abundant and vibrant. The pool is large enough and always clean, safety, privacy and intimity are well preserved. We realized our dream of spending 2 great weeks in la Casa Vecchia and visit real Tuscany (San Giminiano, Voltera, Alto Certaldo, closeby, get a good little car, the road can be a bit bumpy but every kilometer is worth the little challenge to get there) great Firenze and Sienna at around one hour drive) and all the countryside’s perfection). Many thanks to Cristian who is the perfect host and who from the start made us feel relax and at home: tutto bene ! We hope to be back soon for a longer stay !
