The showers were not great, water would flood the bathroom even if we were careful ! Parking was a little expensive... but worth not getting our car hit.

Great location, huge room and safe parking available. Really close to historical center so we could walk everywhere.

We had no problems. The only potential problems with the ‘smart’ set-up is that there is no left luggage facility and there can be online technical hitches, but the staff here were very efficient.

The breakfast is very limited, you have one coffee (or tea), water, a glass of juice and only one piece (you choose between mostly bland things like a croissant or similar). It's not bad but limited.

Location, very kind employees (thanks to Antonio for everything), excellent bed and pillow, coffee and tea in the room, very clean. Safe and nice parking.

We had breakfast included in the price, but if we would have paid it I would expect a bit more from the hotel breakfast. Breakfast is served in nearby cafe, with only few pastries available, coffee and water offered. Plus you are only allowed to get one piece and pastries are very different in size. If you are staying day or two it is ok, but for more I would prefer a bit better selection for breakfast.

Communication with staff regarding the arrival and all details provided were great. The location is also good, quite neighborhood, but very central, cca 10 minutes walk from the city center. The room was spacious and comfort and very clean.

I didn’t pick up on it, but this is a contactless hotel. You will have to fill in a form immediately after booking to get a code to enter the building to pick up your keys. The form was in Italian so it took us a while to fill it out as we had to use a translation website. We are middle-aged so it isn’t as common for us to do all these steps. Another guest we met at the entrance while we were filling out the form also said that it was challenging. He was also an older gentleman. The airconditioning was not on yet according to the customer service person I contacted via text, because the law states that the airconditioning cannot be turned on until May. I found this odd, because the airconditioning was working at all the other places we stayed at in Puglia and Basilicata. You can hear the people in the room above .

Conveniently located very close to the old city center. The hotel seems new, clean and the rooms are very roomy.

Nice designer room lacking of 2 pictures on the wall, the tv wrongly placed between 2 windows instead of opposite the bed. The bedside cabinets are too small shelves, should be larger or on 2 levels. The bathroom again designer bathroom nice on first look with large pieces of stones but black in colour, both walls and floor in black. Any designer should know that bathrooms should NOT be black, bathrooms need LIGHT &  never be in total black. With light behind the mirror and behind me I could not see well to shave, no magnifying glass either and no dish to place the used soap !!  Do they expect us to place the used soap on the wooden top? Finally, the most annoying factor for me is that I stayed 2 nights in this block and I did not see a single human being.  I think this should have been stated in the webside, because if I knew I would have never booked there. The property sent me a link to check in on the net which was on Italian only !!!!!!! How on earth do they expect every visitor  to speak Italian? Finally, breakfast. We got a voucher and we went to the wine bar to have breakfast. We were left waiting for 10', after we spoke to someone we were informed that we are entitled to a juice, a hot drink and a croissant. This is not exactly what you expect when they ask you to pay €10 for breakfast. Anyway at the end they also gave us 2 small bottles of water.

it was so clean, stylish and high quality. the entire hotel smelled lovely and just felt so luxurious. the staff as well were so helpful and friendly to deal with. if you are staying in lecce this is likely the best place you could choose.

Just five minutes walk from old city on quiet street with minimalist Bali spa vibe. All guests very quiet. First day neighborhood dog was barking incessantly for five plus hours. I mentioned to front desk staff and assumed I’d get the usual southern Italian shoulder hunch but no! That night and for the rest of my stay just short bark sessions. They had sorted with neighbors. So wow! Very impressed at follow up and thanks. Excellent Wi-Fi and very clean and comfortable. Easy clear checkin

There was nothing in the bathroom to place the lotion or shampoo! Also the rule for coffee, we had to pay 1.5 euro per coffee capsule after the second capsule!

The hotel was impeccable and frankly reminded me of the hypermodern hotel in Quantum of Solace. Surprised to see something so modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed in real life.

The space outside seemed a bit sketchy at night, but not at all in the morning. We didn't feel unsafe per se but it was dark and very quiet. Lastly, we were told the AC would turn on upon our opening the door, but I don't think it did. I'm sire rhe staff would have fixed it promptly, but we were only there for a night so we didn't bother.

The staff was wonderful. We got in past midnight because of flight delays, but we were given very clear check-in procedures. When we ran into an issue, the staff replied immediately. Glass House helped us book an airport transfer as well, and the check-out was very smooth too. The elevator is new and bigger than most in Italy, the bed is comfortable, and they have a spacious, private parking lot for guests.
