Reception was a bit cold & located in Cassiano rather than Bassano del Grappa.

Very clean, modern & good choices for breakfast. Good menu at restaurant for dinner. Close to Bassano center & Cima Grappa where one can enjoy a steep ride with 28 hairpin turns, paragliding, & visit a War Memorial at the top.

The location / views aren't perfect. More in an industrial/shopping area, and most shops were closed since it was easter weekend and easter monday. Hospital is in the neighbourhood, so be prepared to hear the ambulances regularly passing by. All in all our stay was ok, but the price still was a bit steep for what was offered. There might be slightly better offers on the market if you expand the region a bit outside of Bassano del Grappa itself.

Reception and personnel were friendly, but not all of them 100% english capable. Breakfast was fine and sufficient choices were available. Room was cleaned daily - usually between 10 and 14h, no remarks - well done - but not exceptional - staff took into account presence/absence. Free parking under the building, directly accessible by elevator. WiFi coverage available throughout the hotel.

Well located, a few minutes from Downtown Bassano, features parking slot in front of the office and a restaurant. We came late in the evening and were able to get our rooms within minutes.

Breakfast has really taken a hit since we stayed there the last times. For us a lot of the buffet items were gone by 9:15, only leaving a small selection. Even butter was gone and upon asking for more it was said there is no more. Same with eggs. Coffee has also just been ok - but not how we know it in Italy.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The help at the front desk is always fantastic.

My wife was really looking for a town centre place.

Breakfast was good, attentive staff, coffee prepared by barista. Location was a bit edge of town, 25 min walk in; no taxis, so same walk back.

Accomodation is excellent! Staff at reception and at the hotel restaurant was great! Rooms are as on the pictures. We were very pleased to stay at this hotel. We will be surely back , once when our trip comes at this area of Italy.

Only dislike was that in the room was instant coffee. But in the morning you can go down and they will make you a fresh coffee.

The staff was so nice and helpful - front desk gave recommendations and directions to a restaurant - breakfast staff was helpful, set up a spot for the baby to sit, and was attentive. Clean facility, great location. Short drive to downtown area.

Booked a 'junior suite' as wished to have a separate seating area. There was no small table despite the photograph of two armchairs and what appeared to be a table in the middle. When reception was asked the young lady advised us that we had to move one of the bedside cabinets as the photo had been 'set up' for the photograph shoot. The bedside cabinet was heavy to move and left a brutta figura on us. Small white tables don't cost much and inaccurate photos of room facilities leave a bad memory. Also the television was attached to the wall so it could only be viewed if one was on or in the bed, NOT from the so-called junior suite seating area. We paid almost 150 Eu for an expected superior experience. Perhaps the management should familiarise themselves with Bruno Barbieri's Hotelery Guide and what a junior suite should encompass! The advised free bar contained 2 small bottles of water - wow, we'll party tonight. The advised tea and coffee was pathetic with no choice - 2 teabags, unforgettable brand and 2 instant coffee granules mono doze, likewise, plus 2 sachets of sugar. The drinking vessels were horrendous for an Italian, or any other, hotel. Two large builders' mugs. Fortunately we are well versed in hotel offerings and I had brought our own small drinking vessels plus our own tea, teapot and sugar, having noted that the kettle should be up to the job of boiling 250 ml of water. The short comings were pointed out to reception on departure plus an explanation of what British builders use on a building site for tea refreshment. Bathroom internal fan didn't work which seems common here.

Convenient location for our evening concert 1km away. Very helpful young gentleman receptionist at arrival and departure. Breakfast staff and food offerings very good. Adjacent public free parking excellent; didn't use the offered free underground covered parking. The hotel was very clean and modern looking although we were informed that the refurbishment was 10 years ago, hence maintenance of the facility is very high and to be recommended.

Location was in industrial like area but the parking, staff and value made up for that!

Friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillow and was very clean. Value was good with free parking. Surprisingly quite and a good nights sleep even with a party going on at bar close by.
