Parking was available behind the hotel at extra cost. This was quite crowded in October, so I imagine could be very limited in high season. Wifi was without password and needed personal data to access. I couldn't log in on my phone. Tablet worked OK.

Breakfast pastries chosen from a list at check-in were ordered fresh for breakfast next day. Hotel was within easy walking distance of local restaurants and the beach.

One double bed was very big and the other not much bigger than a single, which was disappointing for a family of four.

Good breakfast, room was fine, the location was excellent for access to Cinquale and the beach. Forte Dei Marmi was only a 10-15 minute cycle away. Staff were helpful and organised the concierge to run us to the train station when we couldn't find a taxi at 6:30am.

My wife struggled to sleep on the firm mattress.

Amazing location. The reception staff all spoke outstanding English. The hotel was lovely and clean. Really modern. The outside balcony had a clothes dryer. Breakfast was amazing huge choice and well worth the money. Parking was easy and secure. Well within walking distance to a beach and local restaurants. I hope to stay here again.

The hôtel is in exterior work surrounded with scaffolding, no mention about at the time of booking . Noise early in the morning. I was very surprised beeing charged extra 15 € for my 3 kg little dog. [ so called sanitizing ]

Host and staff are superkind, helpful, attentive, they were always available, everything could be discussed with them. Room was perfect, view from the balcony was incredible beautiful. Garden was well maintained, we could absolutely relax, chill and turn off. Thank you!

Paid parking 10 euro, paid stay with small dog 15 euro, very small room and bathroom (especially shower cabin), thin walls, poor sound insulation, running water in the toilet constantly

Cleanliness and well maintained. Friendly and very helpful staff. You can choose some breakfast items from a list. Very good location, close to the beaches and restaurants. Mini fridge which you can fill up with your own things. Air conditioned throughout the building and room.

I liked everything.

Lovely modern room with balcony. The bathroom had a window so there was natural light. Breakfast was very nice with a choice of fresh croissants and bread ordered in advance.

Breakfast was in a basement room with no ventilation--this is unacceptable in light of the pandemic guidelines that were still in place at the time. Also, the hotel was surrounded by construction scaffolding, which meant we could not enjoy use of the room's balcony.

Location is on a quiet side street within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.
