The wi-fi connection was poor.

The location was perfect for exploring Verona. Breakfast was excellent and always plenty of choice. We booked a superior double room which was very small and you had to “reverse” around each other to get to the balcony. Same thing with the bathroom, if one was in then you had to close the door, sit on the loo, open the door and let the other one in!

Hotel is just a few yards from the arena in Verona and has easy walking access to all parts of the city. Room was very comfortable and had every convenience that we could have hoped for. Breakfast selection of foods was superb

If you are wanting a hotel with bar and restaurant to lounge around in, this one doesn't have that, but there are plenty of places to eat and drink just short walks away in almost any direction.

This smaller hotel in city center has many positives that we like very much. First, the desk staff was helpful, friendly, welcoming to all and all.other staff seemed to work well together and did their jobs well. The breakfast offered a wide variety of buffet choices. Plus, their self-help coffee machine was appreciated, so there was no waiting for a busy staff member to bring it as in many other hotels. Walk-in showers in rooms were especially good for us as we have some limited mobility. Closet space was good. Hotel location in city center made walking everywhere in the old town possible, even for us as an older couple. One of the two friends traveling with us wanted to workout, so he used and liked the gym facility as a replacement for his usual rather rigorous morning run (which wasn't really possible in city center).

The location is really good, the rooms were very clean, with enough towels and toiletries. It's a quiet place even if very centrally located. Rooms are also sound proof. Good buffet breakfast with varied food options. Nice to have a coffee maker in the room and a stocked minibar (extra charge though). Very accomodating and pleasant staff with great customer service. Would recommend the place and would stay there again if I'm back in Verona.

Keys were needed to get into building and room vs a keypad. We could leave keys at front desk if we wanted to or if we planned to split up as a family, but a keypad would have been more convenient.

Great location - easily walkable to all major historical sights and shopping district. We loved being able to have the hotel park the car for us after we dropped our bags off. We had a two bedroom suite that was perfect for our family. Beds were very comfortable. Our suite was in a separate building from the hotel, just a couple doors down the street.

One of the top hotels I've ever stayed in in Italy. The staff were just amazing, so helpful and friendly. Excellent location on a small side street off the arena. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around. The room was spotless and the breakfast was fantastic with cooked options, cereals and plenty of pastries. I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. Don't hesitate, just book and go!

We booked a economy room which unfortunately looked nothing like any of the pictures. It was very very small and not nicely decorated. We could not open our small cabin bags let alone walk around in the room. The air was also not as good. It was also very dark in the room as it was in the back of the building.

It was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and had everything you could wish for, especially in comparison to breakfast standards in Italy.
