Not a negative point for me, but dear reader, keep in mind that there is no elevator and the hotel is on the third/top floor. Don't bring luggages as heavy as boulders.

Great location and very affordable if you book plenty in advance. It's a small hotel, so it's possible to be booked out fast. The room was very quiet and I slept like a log.

I didn’t see an elevator, and the hotel is on the 3rd floor. For me not a problem but could crucial for someone with large luggage or issues with mobility. As usually in the center of Florence there is a noise from the street.

Great location really 2 min from Duomo. Easy check in. Modern clean room, tiny but setting is very functional and comfortable. Good value for money considering the location.

While I had my private bathroom, it was down the hall from my room. This was not convenient.

Great location just a 10 min walk from the train station. Clean, comfortable and secure. Check in was easy. We walked the city sights from here easily. Staff were very responsive, helpful and language was not an issue. If you do not like stairs then do not come to Europe. It's just how it is in buildings built 100's of years ago. Great way to burn off the wine calories!

It was quite loud from the street, and the double bed was 2 singles pushed together so it’s was a little uncomfortable as it kept coming apart but nothing to bad!

The property was really central and in a close walk to everything, check in was simple and the woman on the desk was really lovely and helpful. It was really clean. They minded our luggage for us whilst we explored before our train, the staff were lovely!! Would recommend:)

The windows were not isolating at all the sounds from outside, and there was a lot of noise, even during the night. There was also a lot of noise in the hallways early in the morning caused by housekeeping. It was hard to get a good sleep.

The location is excellent and the room was modern and clean.

The hotel manager was very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is very central, right in the heart of Florence. The cleanliness was also very good. I recommend it to those who will come to Florence.

The stairs. We knew that it did not have a lift, so I should not complain, but the stairs got a bit much at the end of a long day walking everywhere.

The hotel is on the top floor of the building, and there is no elevator. We had a big suitcase, so it was difficult to carry it up and down the stairs.

The hotel's location is great - right next to Duomo and just a short walk to the central train station. The hotel was clean, quiet and spacious. Overall, I had a great stay.

- Big big big disadvantage is that the rooms are in the third floor of a classic building without elevator. We had to carry our luggage (23 kilos) all the stairs up to the third floor. The owner sent the chambermaid to help us but she couldn't either. - It has some noise.

- The room was really nice and clean. The bed and the pillows were absolutely perfect. - The location is the best, near the center and all shops and cafes and restaurants.
