The main entrance is quite skeptic

Property is clean but the main entrance is a bit skeptic at first. It could benefit from cleaning the building. The staff is very nice and super helpful!!!

Tired decor , cheap MDF furniture. broken shower attachment, no plug in sink. Needed revamp from 1990s . Access via tiny lift to 3rd floor. No breakfast. Noisy building works opposite Sept 24.

Served our basic needs. Friendly owner and English speaking on reception. Some communal facilities for food prep. Tiny balcony with potted plants. Kettle and tea making.

There was a parking space promised but the closest one was 7 minutes walk from hotel, with charge of 15€. Entry to the hotel looked dosgusting.

Do not expect a hotel. I had a fright when we arrived as you enter the supposed hotel through the entrance of an old Palazzo. You find a very old small elevator which takes you to the third floor. Once you enter you find a long corridor with rooms along. However. We had a big room with an AC, a refrigerator, big private bathroom and was super clean. We always look for clean hotels with room commodities. Nevertheless, the elevator was a bit bizarre.

the shower would fill up very easily and sometimes there would be water all over the bathroom floor

The receptionist was very kind and funny, literally the kindest man i’ve ever met😭. it’s the classic hotel you’d book if you have in mind to only get in the hotel at the end of the day just to sleep, but if you use it for this purpose it’s very good.

Nothing. However, a few tips for travelers: Currently, there's a lot of construction work going on so it's not quite as straightforward to get there as it normally would be but that's not the hotel's fault. Careful if you have a lot of luggage: The lift is tiny (possibly the tiniest I've ever seen) and the hotel is on the 3rd floor of the building.

The room was clean and the location itself is ideal. The bed is super comfortable, there's air conditioning and the room was completely dark at night. The hotel is close to the city centre and to nice restaurants. It's a very dog-friendly place with lovely staff and they even switched back to Italian so I could improve my Italian. Grazie mille e a presto!

the coordinates were wrong. my gps put me a kilometre away. The numbers on the street were confusing ( two sets of numbers ,new and old) I asked several times and got directions going both ways 🤔 Finally a nice young man told me that it was at the next plaza, finding the door was difficult. stairs up to the one person elevator. once inside it was ok. You have to buy your water from the machine.
