It was a little farther out than I expected from some events I was attending.

Very friendly and helpful staff that gave me tips for a lovely hike I did in the mountains. The hotel is located directly at the lakeside with balconies on the rooms. Breakfast was great; rooms clean. The only small downside for me was that there is not much infrastructure close by. One has to walk a bit to find the good restaurants and so. But a few minutes by car you’ll find brilliant options such as Locanda Gullhus ;)

A fantastic place with a fantastic service. A real family welcome with a full care. A breakfast was a kings worth view with a super service from waiters and it is perfect for a nice start of a day. For the full perfection of a stay was a problem, that people down in restaurant were too loud and we couldn't listen precisely singing of a nightingale near our window :)

They don't have their own restaurant. The electric outlets are not designed for EU standard.

Located at the lakeside. No problem with parking and traffic. They served the egg and bacon freshly cooked. Waitress and reception are helpful and always smiling.

A bit too far from the downtown so you need a long walk or take the car. The breakfast is basic, with too many sweets. It is not specified that you can ask for omelets or cooked eggs (communication should be improved). Poor mobile network.

The reception is opened 24h so it's good for those arriving late. The room is spacious with nice furniture and the free parking is welcomed. Lake front situated, it offers a nice view and easy access to the very long promenade along the lake.

staff were very nice, and helpful. The family room was really big and comfortable. The hotel is directly on the Gardasee, so you cannot go wrong when you book there. 30 minutes nice walk to Pescheria, and 7 minutes walk to the Gardaland

the location is fantastic, for those who want to chill by the water. the breakfast was delicious and the staff is an incredible group of hard working women mostly from the same family. the nona is an elegant lady that is always there making sure all is her way. it’s a very comfortable popular stay for Italians mostly. better suitable for people with cars, but we didn’t have so electric scooter helped one day, available at the hotel, rest we just walked and one day the receptionist, Sabrina, gave us a ride to the bus station. her daughter let me use her charger and they helped a lot with etinerary. really helpful people! :) I’d happily stay there again

No bugs nets on the balcony windows. so, if you open the door/window is the balcony in the evening/night the room is full of bugs. and it is a pity as you can get fresh air and enjoy the view.

The location is amazing, exactly on the lake line. Staff is speaking English, professional, helpful and smiley. The rooms are equipped with anything that you might need. Internet connection was good enough. walking distance to Gardaland.

The breakfast was decent but would have liked to see some cheese options and something warm.

The location is excellent. Very quite area and within walking distance of Peschiera sul Garda along the lake. Room was large and had a nice view of the lake.

Well.. We had ants in our room. When I complained about it, they offered a spray, but this is poisonous, so we didn't accept it. The cleaning lady or someone fixed it the next day and no ants afterwards. I'm happy they dealt with it and took it seriously. Besides the ants there were some other flying insects also in the room. Sorry to say - I'm usually not bothered by insects, but when I go to a hotel, I expect no insects in my room :) The shower head was broken and didn't hold up, the rooms were tiny, no fridge (really missed that for cold drinks). The worst was the loud kids from campings close by who went swimming in the middle of the night. It is not hotel's issue, but just that the area is not very quiet. The last thing that was actually the most annoying - the gardener started moving the lawn just under our window 15 minutes before 8 in the morning... that's just... :( Come on, let your guests sleep at least until 8.. better yet, until 9... We are on vacation ;) Oh and yes - you can very well hear the other families, their kids and dogs in other rooms...

Got to start with great things - the view to the lake is truly beautiful, wonderful sunsets, therefore great location. For those people, who want to visit Gardaland, I think it is a great choice, as it is walking distance. The staff was mostly nice and friendly - the people catering at breakfast tables could have been maybe slightly more friendly, but it didn't bother much. Breakfast was nice and met our expectations. Free parking available on hotel territory, huge mall walking distance, nice lake area road for walking, running, cycling. Cleaning lady was excellent.
