Great location in Ortisei Fascinating service Morden facilities

I’ve been to Switzerland and stayed in a similar little town with stunning views like this, but this hotel in Ortisei truly exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, nestled amidst breathtaking mountain scenery that offers panoramic views from every angle. The hotel is very modern, with spacious rooms that are elegantly furnished with timeless, wooden decor that combines comfort with a touch of traditional Alpine charm. We absolutely loved the top-notch spa facilities, which provided the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making our stay even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond, giving us excellent tourism advice and helping to customize our daily itinerary. The on-site restaurant serves delicious local cuisine, and the breakfast buffet features a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Overall, this hotel in Ortisei offers an exceptional experience that stands out even among the finest accommodations in the Swiss Alps.

Everything was fine.

Luxury hotel with beautiful view of mountains, tasty breakfast, so kindly staff, room was big with balcony, Sky SPA. Everything was perfect! Shuttle bus to ski resorts. Highly recommended! ❤️

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They offered to prepare breakfast boxes for us as we had to leave 4:00am to the airport. Great view of the mountains from the rooftop spa. Great shuttle service to all ski lifts in the area.

It's a bit of a walk to & from the Seceda lift, but they do run a shuttle service which is very fast and frequent.

Very modern and stylish fit out. Exceptional staff (family run). Spa facilities are brilliant. Great breakfast. Very happy with our stay!

Boutique Hotel Planlim exceeded all expectations! The staff was exceptional and made our experience wonderful from the moment we arrived. The entire facility was immaculate and very comfortable making our time at Hotel Planlim enjoyable and restful after exploring the area and long day hikes. (In addition, the breakfast was excellent as was the wait staff!). We will absolutely return to Hotel Planlim again!

The was no luggage rack, and as we were there for only 2 nights we did not unpack - the suitcases had to lay on the floor. The only chair was at the desk. A comfy chair or loveseat would have fit in the room and been nice. Also, in room206 the glass wall of the shower was difficult to see and our sister ran into it. A decal on the glass ( as you keep it so clean) might be advisable.

The location was great. The staff was wonderful. And the facilities and grounds were lovely. There was music and happy hour the night we arrived which was also lovely.

A beautiful family run botique Hotel, We were upgraded twice to suite our needs, which was very appreciated. Lovely breakfast, especially the perfect coffee. Fresh eggs were offered every morning cooked in which way was preferred. The grounds were also lovely and well maintained. Would recommend and hope we can return.

Their breakfast was modest but really the service people attitude will compensate for everything.

This hotel is beyond beautiful. The family running the hotel are the most welcoming, nice, polite people I have ever seen in Europe. The rooms are spacious, clean, stunning view. They have a bidet in the bathroom. Their cleaning service is really good. They gave us complimentary jam jars when we left which was a very nice gesture. Definitely we’ll come back to this hotel.

No complaints about the property! If you are coming by bus like we did, keep in mind it’s a 10 minute walk uphill to get to the property.

The room, hotel amenities (outdoor pool, rooftop hot tub, spa), breakfast buffet, and hotel staff were all fantastic!

Breakfast could be more varied but this is just me being picky. I would still prefer to have less to choose but have a good quality as it was here. Also it was not cheap but as mentioned earlier - worth it. So in total nothing to complain to be honest.

It is very rare (or maybe it is even the first time) when I give top rating. It is not cheap for a 3-star hotel, even with a “supreme” sign. But it was worth it. Starting from helpful, responsive and simply nice stuff, boutique vibe, good location, underground garage with wide parking spaces (also for electric cars), modern rooms, tasty breakfast (even if selection was not varied, quality of what was served was high) ending with sky-spa etc.
