Francesca and Augustino were really helpful. They were really flexible about our arrival time and explained everything in person when we arrived. Augustino arranged a taxi transfer to the airport for us which was a great price and very prompt.

The subordinate staff member couldn't speak English but she did try her best to explain things to us and forwarded our queries to the main host to ensure our queries are addressed.

I liked how friendly the host was in sorting out our stay and providing us the suggestions for different things we could try in Naples.

Agostino is a very friendly and helpful host. He quickly answered any question that we had. Spotless and comfortable room. It is nicely designed with a care for details. Good quality coffee from the coffee machine in the room. Central location - few minutes from the main train/bus station, where you can also find an underground station. Highly recommended!

We had some issues with the fridge (wasn't on at arrival but once we turned it on it was great the next day, then not working again on our last day- not sure what the issue was?) but I'm sure the host would have fixed it if we were staying longer! Also bathroom is very compact - be warned if you're on the larger size 😉 Good to know: Breakfast isn't on site, but you get a voucher for coffee and a croissant at a cafe a few mins walk away. Lift is coin operated - the host kindly provided some coins to use, but you might need some extra 10c coins if you go in and out a lot!

Very friendly and communicative host (happy to give recommendations too), lovely clean room, nicely presented, great A/C (which was much needed) and good location not far from the station. Very dark and comfortable at night - slept very well!

Would answer any questions we had about Naples. - Provided complimentary breakfast at a nearby café - Located within walking distance (5 mins) from Garibaldi station. Very well located. - Rooms are on the 4th floor but there is an elevator - Room is good for 1-2 people - Air conditioning works very well - Room has some snacks, coffee machine and a mini fridge

Great location, close to the Naples Central Station. Agostino made himself available to answer any questions we had and he was very kind. The free breakfast at the nearby café was delicious as well (pastry and coffee)

Very pleasant welcome from the owner, responsive, communicative, interested in making sure that in our room was everything we needed. The room has everything you need for a longer stay (the photos match the reality)! Garibaldi is very close to Naples Central Station and the metro, which is important if you plan to go to Sorrento, Amalfi or anywhere else near Naples. Definitely recommend!!! Because the comfort and well-being of the guests is important to the owner!

The hosts were amazing and so helpful with keeping you slated and informed on WhatsApp, they helped with information about the city and booking in taxis! The room is clean and the AC was great for hot Naples was in July. The accommodation is also about a 10 min walk from the station so very local

Although we didn't get to see each other in person, Agostino Is one of the kindest/most helpful people you could ever wish to meet. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely, the WiFi was very fast, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast at the nearby bar was delicious. I could go on, but suffice to say, do not hesitate to book here.

Nothing, It was all great!

Agostino was an amazing host! His communication and friendliness was great. We had a late flight time and on top of that the flight was delayed and he waited until midnight to help us with a smooth and safe check in. The room was super comfortable, clean, tidy and had plenty of space! Thank you Agostino for your accomodating stay - highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Naples.

The area feels unsafe and it’s not nice at all, same as happens in most cities in train station areas

Agostino was super nice and welcoming. He took care of our arrival and was very attentive. The room is nice and modern and has everything you need for a B&B. It is 4 mins walking from the train station, so it’s great if you need to travel. Breakfast was around the corner, coffee and croissants.
