The spa was world class with its cleanliness and variety of experiences. The restaurant was beautiful and the buffets are exceptionally arranged. Staff go out of their way to make accommodations.

How do you improve on perfection?

Superb breakfast, anything you want delivered. The greatest host escorted us to a special table. The attention we received was amazing. It was Paige's birthday and they brought out a yummy chocolate fudge cake that we saved for dessert. The cold plunge, sauna, pool was the extra topping on a beautiful hike day. Trails to heavenly views are steps away. And our room was extra comfortable and spacious. Welcome reception and front desk personnel were so helpful and knowledgeable. Gardena Grodnerhof is a must stay destination.

It was a little bit warm for us Americans who are used to air conditioning. The rooms only got up to 22 celsius (I have slept in worse) but it was something that my parents had wished was better.

Extremely helpful staff, amazing location, and fantastic venue. Only downside was no air conditioning and we got a little bit unlucky with it coming next year! Would highly recommend to everyone and anyone.

We loved the property. Excellent restaurants, spacious and renovated rooms, pristine common areas, superb spa and a friendly and professional staff. Located in the middle of Ortisei very close to the region’s main attractions and ski lifts.

Amazing staff, always took an extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Special thanks to Matthew in reception The room is spacious, bed is very comfortable with a pillow menu if required. Breakfast is excellent. The restaurant staff are very helpful, special thanks to Walter chief restaurat staff/butler Guided hike tour are included in the room rate, the hike guide Emanuel is very knowledgable, friendly, and professional he made sure everyone was happy fron begning to end.

Rooms got a little hot mid summer! But opening the windows at night kept it really cool!

Amazing hotel and experience! Staff was exceptional, facilities were perfect. The location is perfectly situated in town. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Also, the spa! The saunas, steam rooms, and ice bath are the perfect way to recover after a long hike - this was an absolute bonus for us!

Maybe the most impressive hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful rooms. World class spa, including steam room, saunas, yoga studio, hot tub, indoor pool. The most amazing staff. Included breakfast was a huge buffet spread and items from the menu. Great location in the heart of Ortisei.

No negatives at all. Dinner at the hotel didn’t excite us, but they were very helpful suggesting other restaurants and making reservations.

Beautiful room. Wonderful helpful staff. Loved the outdoor jacuzzi. Loved the afternoon snack. Excellent location. There were free activities that looked interesting, but we didn’t use them.

Truly elegant 5 star property in central Ortisei. Large beautifully appointed rooms, extremely helpful stay, best buffet breakfast of any hotel I have every stayed it. Lovely spa, great bar.

Bed mattress and pillows could have been firmer.
