Everything was perfect.

Beautiful property, decorated in good taste, with great attention to detail, very nice garden, rooms are large and nicely furnished. Feels like home, comfortable and clean. The staff is welcoming and helpful, the breakfast had large variety of excellent quality food. Was pleasantly surprised by the happy hour, also with various appetizers and great choice of drinks. Very relaxing and inviting ambiance. Highly recommend it and will absolutely visit again when in Rome.

An absalute gem in Rome. The staff were so helpful, friendly, took initiative, offered suggestions and always greeted us with a smile. All the rooms are beautiful and well kept, as are the gardens. We wanted somewhere that is walkable to most of the attractions in Rome. This was an incredible stay we would go there again. Highly recommended.

The only complaint I have is that the coffee they made at breakfast in the mornings was lukewarm/ bordering on cold every time. I did attempt to ask them to make it extra hot but think this may have gotten lost in translation. Additionally, unfortunately, public transport to and from the hotel was a bit of a mission. This has nothing to do with the hotel's service, but it is something to consider when you are staying here. The buses are quite unreliable and often late.

The hotel was excellent—beautiful spacious rooms, modern and clean. The staff were also welcoming and friendly. The interiors of the hotel as a whole were also lovely. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and it was great to order from a selection of hot breakfast options together with the more traditional pastry and cold meat options.

A small hotel in a more silent neighbourhood with lovely old-style rooms and a garden surrounding the house, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. Not like your regular chain hotels or large hotels in the city centre. Peaceful atmosphere and personal treatment - when leaving, it was almost like having visited personal acquaintances.

The room is a bit old and at night it was a bit loud because of the street near by and the isolation could be better.

We stayed here for a few days in July. The staff were friendly and professional, breakfast was incredible and room was beautiful. We wanted somewhere that is walkable to town but still away from the busy streets. This was an incredible stay and I'd go again.

The property is in a calm area and is simply beautiful not like a regular commercial hotel. It's very charming. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed pillows are amazing and so so comfortable I can't emphasize enough

No minuses of this hotel!

The hotel is perfect - very stylish boutique hotel! It was like the very Italian style hotel from the romantic movies. We liked very much the elegant way of serving the breakfast - it was like a therapy with this gentle music as a background. The location is great in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood, and very short distance to our favourite Spanish Steps. We highly recommend and definitely will stay here again on our next visit in Rome!

The hotel is located in a quiet place with a very limited number of options for restaurants or supermarkets nearby. It is also pretty far from the center. This would not be a problem if public transportation were to work efficiently which was unfortunately not the case. We spent a lot of time waiting for buses that finally did not come. Moreover even though the breakfast is overall excellent, I was disappointed by the very limited number of choices for pastries and bread, which were not very fresh. (The rest of the breakfast was very fresh). Lasly the room we had was pretty small as well as the size of the beds. Fortunately we are not tall!

The hotel is beautiful and is located in a quiet place. The people at the hotel are extremely helpful. There is a lot of original choices for breakfast.

Loved everything about the property. It’s about a 45 minute walk into the centre of Rome, which we personally didn’t mind as we enjoy walking, but there are transport options available too which get you into the centre in about 30 minutes.

Absolutely adored our stay. The staff were incredible, friendly & kind. There was a garden event on the Friday evening which meant the kitchen was booked out, but the staff kindly prepared us something special anyway to have. The room was spotless & really comfortable. Our favourite hotel of our whole trip!

The staff were so helpful, friendly, took initiative, offered suggestions and always greater us with a smile. The breakfast selection was excellent, from savoury to sweet. The hotel is gorgeous, a mere 20min walk (down hill to) piazza del popolo. If we didn't feel like walking a taxi stand is literally outside the gate as well as a bus stop. We were thoroughly pleased.
