It could do with a spruce up. The airconditioning units looked quite rusty. For breakfast I found that asking for a freshly made espresso was better than the machine version and they also had croissants ( not great quality though), I would have preferred fresh bread to the sweet cakes but there was fruit and yoghurt.

I liked my little balcony overlooking the Adriatic, my room was quite adequate and the beds were quite comfortable.

There is nothing savory at the breakfast. I understand that its italian breakfast but at least you can give one slice of cheese

Well the bar across the street was a buzz all night - yet when I realized this, as an experienced traveler I used a white noise machine I travel with. Problem solved!

I truly loved being so close to the main attractions - and the accommodations were so comforting . One can feel right at home and cared for. Perfect experience for me - I really enjoyed the kitchenette and loft!

Only one criticism,not a complaint ,was at Breakfast. Despite there being a great assortment to choose from including a lovely array of cakes these were left uncovered, and also with cereals being available we had to ask every morning for milk despite there being a fridge containing fruit and yoghurt, ham and cheese..

The service from staff was excellent with nothing too much trouble. This even included the owner kindly giving a lift to some of the family to a wedding.. Lovely view from the front windows of the small harbour will be benefitted from completion of building work opposite. (to be a restaurant.)

The only thing that could be improved: the terraces of the rooms are separated by very nice shields decorated with fake plants. While very nice, they get easily knocked down by the wind (we had to put them up several times, luckily we were not outside when they fell), so I would suggest to put some weights to anchor them.

The hotel is very nice, rooms are clean and the staff is very nice and friendly, always very polite. Good location and free parking outside. The room we were in had a terrace which was very cool!

Rooms are very old fashioned and not nice as in the pictures The balcony window glasses are old and dull The shower is super small, difficult to close and with a very tiny old little shower jet The view from the balcony (on the seaside) includes an old ruined building that seems to the be the previous location of the hotel.

I stayed in the hotel on my hiking route around Bari. The room was comfy and the breakfast delicious.

The hotel is a stone throw away from the sea (beautiful, clear water!), which is also a great location for swimming. The hotel provides a lovely breakfast, which includes local, fresh fruits and of course excellent croissants and coffee. The staff (Hi Lorenzo! :)) could not have been nicer and more helpful and the room was cleaned every day impeccably. This is my second stay, and I am def planning to return.

Hotel was near a busy road, which is a bit noisy. Hotel looks very vintage, but it was clean.

the building is ok, but the area looks a bit run down. the shower was super small and not very comfortable the breakfast was very poor, only coffee from the machine, and a few pastries, yougurt and fruit.

the location is good, and nearby the old town. a good restaurant next door of the hotel.
