Nothing really. It was perfect for us

So here are the things we liked: Location - just across Florence Station, within walking distance to everywhere. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Mcdonalds and BK next door. The building has an elevator. Room - the room was adequate, not too big or small. Very comfortable and clean! The bathroom was clean and spacious enough. Host - Giusi was a great host. She made sure we were welcomed properly. We loved how hands on she was. All our requests were swiftly accommodated as well. She’s very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this apartment was absolutely first class, the location was absolutely perfect and the communication with the owner was outstanding including restaurant recommendations. We will be back!

Couldn't have wished for a better stay! The B&B’s perfect location directly opposite the train station makes it super convenient. The meticulousness with which they maintain the place is evident. The room was very clean, and the little touches (bedroom slippers, soft and fluffy towel, comfortable bed, complimentary biscotti and candies) show how much they care about their guests' comfort. I can't recommend this place enough

Fabulous to have a lift to the 3rd floor! Super clean and great facilities. Modern room and comfortable bed. Very accommodating and friendly Guiseppe and Guisa and we were able to check in early as room ready. Perfect location for main train station and access to the airport by public transport T2.

Booked last minute impeccable interior and staff (the latter really brilliant). Allocated parking (at a much cheaper rate than the rest of Florence). Great location. Highly recommended. Would stay again.

Had a quaint and relaxed stay, the host was very helpful with all that she could do. The room was sizeable with all the amenities required. The AC was not working properly on the first night, which was swiftly looked at by the hosts, but because it was the weekend, the technician could not come. It was hardly a discomfort as the weather in florence was quite good. Also, as a consolation, they provided us with goodies and breakfast, which was a nice gesture. Overall, one of the best options i could see to stay in florence.

It really was a great experience and my favourite stay after we have travelled to many countries. The couple running the B&B were both very warm-hearted and kind, offering to introduce us to delicious local restaurants and interesting sights, constantly answering our various questions (about local specialities, etc.). For example, we left our backpacks on the train and the owners took us to the train station and police station, which was very reliable. It was more like a friend who could give us support in a foreign country than a B&B operator. Secondly, the breakfast was delicious, you can choose what you want to eat the day before and the beautiful landlord will prepare it for you thoughtfully. Lastly about the accommodation itself, the rooms are spacious and bright, without the smell of dampness caused by the inability to ventilate a traditional hotel. The facilities are well equipped and no noise is heard due to the proximity of the railway station. The location is excellent for walking to any attraction. All in all, I would recommend this B&B to anyone looking to visit Florence!
