The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious and was made up each day. The hotel is well located at the edge of the center within easy walking distance. The restaurant was surprisingly good so much so that we ate there two of the three nights we stayed. It goes without saying that the breakfast was varied, plentiful, and delicious.

Dinner service was slow and the MD seemed a little frantic/not particularly nice to his staff - however the wait staff were very pleasant. Could have just been an off day for the MD. Still a beautiful dinner regardless.

Location was excellent end to our hiking adventure; super close to central bus station; spa was lovely and clean; room was super clean and comfy beds; lovely bar/lounge area where we had a late lunch when we arrived and then complementary drinks before dinner; beautiful views; dining room was a beautiful setting and also quite spacious, incredible breakfast!

Absolutely nothing. We loved everything.

We loved the gorgeous views of the mountains from our spacious balcony. We had a lovely room that was tastefully decorated, very comfortable and a good size. The hotel bar, restaurant and other common areas were really beautiful as well. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Service was fantastic. The breakfast was outstanding. So many choices and the coffee was top notch. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Cortina and close to so many landmarks and beautiful hikes. We loved our stay there.

Excellent buffet breakfast with numerous options. Very conveniently located just a 5 minute walk to the pedestrian downtown area with many shops and restaurants. Comfortable room and bed.

Was up in the mountains and it was cold and windy. I was freezing. Thought I would make a quick 15 min jump into the Sauna before dinner to warm up a lil bit. They wanted to charge 10€. It’s not a lot, but REALLY? More than 200€ per night and you charge extra for Sauna??

The television received ZERO signal.

The location was really convenient. Breakfast was plentiful and fabulous. Our room was large with so much storage - you could stay for a month! The staff was helpful, and the hotel was beautiful inside and out.

Rooms seemed a bit small for the price, but looking at hotel plan, they are all that size in keeping with the age of the hotel (and older building)

The facilities in the room are a little bit old. And our room does not have air conditioning and a window (only balcony doors), which makes the room a bit stuffy.

Staff are very friendly, polite and professional - from front desk check-in/check-out to servicing staff at the restaurant. The hotel is also conveniently located within the city centre. The hotel is very clean and well maintained.
