Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very good location 2 minutes walk to the town centre and slopes. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable and kept clean. A good sized sitting area in the lobby and a decent bar.

Very serviceminded staff. The owner/maneger was very helpful and made it all work with a smile. Extremely good location. Cosy old hotel in an Austrian look alike way. Will be back if going to Cervinia again.

BelgiumThere is little or no soundproofing between the rooms so the noise each night was a bit much - guests coming back late, singing, slamming doors, walking loudly on stairs. The hotel management team could have been a bit more PROACTIVE in asking noisy guests to calm down. The beds are not so comfortable.
The hotel is fine - lovely breakfast. Hot water. Excellent location to the ski-lift.

United KingdomAccess to the hotel was dangerous/ slippery at times due to snow and ice - some salt could help the situation. Duvets would be longer (problem only for taller people)
The room was comfortable and had everything that was needed. Very close to the ski slopes and lifts. Great breakfast every day. Staff were very helpful and welcoming and allowed us to use the facilities for changing after a day of ski, after already checking out.

United KingdomI was fine but two of my friends on their bookings didn't get their room cleaned as often, one of which went the full week in room 400 without ever seeing a cleaner so I had to borrow him some toilet paper and towels persistently. Another friend on the lower floor complained often of the noise but I further up would only hear those on my floor.
The location was unreal, just off the middle of the main strip, a stone throw from the lift, a ski room in the hotel to keep boots, gloves warm and dry for the next day, rental shops all around you. Parking for free was surprisingly good, it was a bit worrying as there are a lot of towing signs without English explanations, basically, if you go to the main carpark near the top of the resort when coming from the main road, you can park there for free unless there is heavy snowfall then it maybe towed to along the snow trucks to clear the car park, which would be very hard to judge what to do.
