Maurizio was the best host ever! He great us at the property and showed us around a with amazing attitude. The property was super cute and very clean, instructions are straight forward.

Great location, just a short walk (150 m) from Piazza del Campo but in a very quiet neighborhood , and close to Parking Santa Caterina. The host, Maurizio, arranged the permit to enter the ZTL zone to drop our luggage and to easily access the Santa Caterina parking. Excellent communication with the host. Maurizio and Adriano sent us very clear instructions on how to access the premises. The room was spacious, very comfortable and nicely decorated and everything was extremely clean. Beautiful view overlooking the tower of the Duomo. There is a cute and welcoming space for breakfast with a small kitchen with everything you need to have breakfast (cheese, cold cuts, yoghourt, milk, etc…) , coffee machine and delicious homemade cake by Glenda. Wonderful hosts, cozy room and top location ….that’s why we highly recommend staying at Fonte Gaia experience

Everything was Wonderful! The location was great and the street was very quiet. The room was beautiful, very well decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast room was very trendy. Maurizio was a wonderful host, very nice , concerned and thoughtful, and always available to help. He even sent us vídeos on how to get there! Would definetly stay there again!❤️

Our best stay while in Italy, Maurizio was an absolute legend. Some of the best hospitality we have had in Italy, with homemade cake and biscuits, cold meats and cheese and fresh coffee provided, also all the helpful local tips on restaurants and attractions in the area. Can’t say enough good things about this place you just have to go there.

It was a wonderful stay and a warm welcome by the Host Maurizio. The information and map of Siena, which he provided helped us a lot to get around the city and have a wonderful time. The location was very central and Maurizio handled the ZTL applications for us. The homemade pastry was excellent! See you again, Ciao!

Very nice view and every thing well organized! Amazing and beautiful design of the house, you would find all you needs here! - if you drive, parking, entrance, well taken care! - best local advice, interests, restaurants, shops, you can also get advance booking if you stay; - breakfast is good and also good view from different places of the house; Hope will have chance re-visit, this stay made our trip more unforgettable, and deeper understanding of Siena!

Quiet location very close to the city center. Great breakfast on the balcony with a view on the city. Room very clean and with everything that you need. Amazing host that welcomed us with open arms and a lot of helpful advice (ZTL, parking, restaurants, etc.). Definitely recommended!

We have a great time at the Fonte Gaia Experience. The hosts (Maurizio and Glenda) are very kind and helpful. I would like to highlight Glenda's delicious cookies and cakes that she made for breakfast. My sister is gluten sensitive, so she baked a special cake for her and prepared gluten-free biscuits and rusks into the room. Exact information was provided for the use of the apartment. We could contact them at any time with our questions. We have never met such a hospitable accommodation, if we travel to Siena again we will definitely choose them.

Staying at Fonte Gaia Experience is definitely an experience and a wonderful one at that. The accommodation is a few minutes walk from Piazza del Campo - so convenient. Maurizio was like our personal tour/restaurant guide and not just for Siena as, when we told him we were travelling on to Perugia, he sent us restaurant/ice cream tips. Eat where he suggests as he knows his food. He also arranged a permit so we could drop our bags outside the house and arranged parking a few minutes walk away. The bed was so comfortable, the shower has great pressure and a lovely big TV with Netflix. You will not find hospitality like this anywhere else in Siena. Maurizio genuinely cares about his guests and their enjoyment in his adopted City. We feel like we have made a lifelong friend. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I return.

we loved everything about the property.

the property was exceptionally located, and so beautifully designed and comfortable. bedroom was spacious and there was also a separate area for coffee/tea/light breakfast. the host, maurizio, gave us very good directions to get to the property. he was also waiting for us at the b and b when we arrived. he had already arranged for our parking and had explained the slightly confusing rules that siena has for autos. we were lucky to find a free night and would definitely love to return and to stay longer.

the most beautiful place to stay in the heart of Siena. Modern and very clean appartments with the best host ever!! It was a real pleasure to stay in such beautifuly designed appartments. Maurizio gave us all the needful information before the arrival. It was the easiest check in ever. We got all the information on restaurants and places to visit as well. We would highly recommend these appartments!!

Since an old building, the sound proofing is not ideal: both between the shared kitchen / dining area and your room, a bit awkward, and from the street in front. Although not busy, you will hear every car passing by.

Conveniently located in the city centre of Siena, within 200-500 meters walking distance of all the main attractions. The accommodation is on the second floor of an old building. Stairs to get to your room. It is completely refurbished and very nicely decorated, combining modern with original elements of the old building. The floor consists of two separate rooms (for different guests) with a shared kitchen / dining area with 2 tables in between the two rooms. Very near the car park Santa Caterina, owner can arrange reduced EUR25 day rate for you. The owner is very attentive and enthusiastic, and will give you all the information you need for your stay in beautiful Siena.

Nothing bad to say about this place.

The locations is excellent, near the Campo but off the beaten track in a residential neighborhood and very quiet. The accommodations are extremely well done with amazing attention to detail: beautiful tiles and wall coverings, excellent lighting, good mattresses, a really well-done bathroom, and in my room, a walk-in closet for stashing things out of the way. I especially appreciated the communal lounge, which provided another place to work, relax, and enjoy takeaway meals. Maurizio is hospitable by nature and his friendly presence really enhanced the stay. I look forward to a return visit.

The most caring staff we have met!! Thank you Maurizio for taking care of us and giving us every detailed information with clear video instruction, and supporting us applying ZTL permit to allow us driving directly to the front door of the apartment to leave our luggages. The apartment is very well decorated and well maintained, right in the city center! we have 2 pleasant nights stayed here, and will recommend everyone who is interested in staying in Siena.

It was one of the best accommodations during my over 20 years of travel. The location is about 3 minutes to the Piazza del Campo by walk, and the restaurants and shopping places are within walking distance. The accommodation was perfectly clean, and despite the cold weather outside, the heating system was perfect . The water pressure was good, and the hot water came out well. The living room had coffee, soymilk and cookies to wake me up. They informed me before I arrived, so I was able to park easily and cheaply in the nearby indoor parkIng lot. It was perfect place that made the wonderful Siena even more wonderful. Next time you come to Siena, you will definitely come here
