A little bit of troubles during breakfast with the amenities not working. The beds were comfortable but the bathroom sinks were old, not really functional and in general very old.

Loved the proximity to places very easy to walk, catch metro or hop on off buses. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and room bigger than expected. Close to restaurants supermarket down road cheaper than mini marts opposite. Enjoyed our stay here.

Breakfast was very simple, not many options but enough for starting a day in Italy.

Staff was very helpful and kind (Ferdinando made our stay even happier). Room and bathroom were very big but don’t expect luxury or fancy. Location was good but if you arrive at central train station there is quite a walk to carry your bags.

Lift didn't work, so hard for my mum. But they did give us the room closet on 1st floor, which was good. They couldn't fix the TV, which my mum would.of liked as she couldn't go out at night due to health. Room was quite small.

Room was small, but had everything you needed. There wasn't any tea/coffee facilities in room, but they provided a small kettle when my aged mother asked. Clean and good location

The breakfast was fine, but had a lot of sweets and pastries. I would have liked a bit more variety. I also had booked early morning tours and breakfast doesn’t start until 7.30pm. I had to rush breakfast a few mornings.

The hotel was in a really convenient location. Just a 10 min walk from Termini station and 20 min walk to Trevi Fountain. I had the single room which was small but comfortable. The air-con was great with the heat. The staff were friendly.

The location is super! It's about 10 minutes' walk to Roma Termini train station. 2 minutes to the Repubblica metro station. About 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain (longer on the return way, because the road is uphill), 20 minutes to the Spanish Steps, 15 minutes to Colloseum. There are good restaurants and pizzerias nearby, gelaterias. There is a Chinese restaurant at the hotel (I didn't visit it). The rooms are modest, but clean and cozy. Very clean and spacious bathroom. Good air conditioning (without the ability to adjust the temperature). Bottle of Water is not provided. The breakfasts are good: boiled eggs, cheese, ham, tomatoes, fresh fruit and a variety of Italian pastries are always available. Good coffee. You can also ask to fill your bottle with cold water. The audibility is high. Every sneeze in the hallway can be heard in the room, and noise from the street can also be heard through the windows (it didn't bother me when I was sleeping), and I didn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. Very nice and caring staff: both at the reception (they warned me that it's better not to walk alone on the street after sunset, and told me about the transport links in the city), and at breakfast. I can surely recommend the hotel for a short stay.

The air conditioning was generally excellent. A little warm on a couple of nights but it was during a heatwave.

The staff were all very friendly, efficient and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting Ferdinando on a couple of occasions, he was very charming, funny and welcoming! The room and bathroom were cleaned every day and fresh towels supplied. A good continental breakfast every morning set us up for the day. A 7 minute walk to Termini.
