Nothing major. Could do with ovenware to actually be able to bake things in the oven. The kitchen was only really equipped to use the stove or a grill pan in the oven. There was no tea towel to dry up with, maybe it’s a British thing as it’s the 2nd property we’ve hired without tea towels??! And only 2 loo rolls for 4 people for 4 days… like I say nothing major, but wouldn’t want to get caught short!

Nice and clean apartment with good communication by the owner. There is plenty of space and lots of storage for clothes. Nice to have the split level so the kids had their own space. The apartment is well placed to access the local attractions without being in a really busy/noisy area with local bars/cafes and shops too. A real plus was being right by the oldest market (according to Google) where we purchased fresh local produce to cook ourselves rather than the expense of eating out.

We had the apartment right above the restaurant which close at 2am, it was LOUD at night, even with the window closed. The AC unit kept turning off, it was never cold enough. The bathroom and kitchen were in good working condition. It was nice to have to washer in the unit even though we have to hang dry our clothes.

The host management company was able to send someone to the facility right away to address our issues. The first apartment we were in (split level) had mold on the wall. They were able to switch us to another apartment right away. We had 3 apartments out of the 4 at the building. It was nice to be able to stay close to our group. The location is walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. There was a grocery store down the street 5-10min walk and an active farmer's market across the street in the morning. The food at the restaurant downstairs was good.

The loft ceiling is extremely low and the neighbors can look directly into the skylight. The kitchen is lacking in basic necessities. The balcony looks into all the neighbors places not into the square. No furniture for the balcony is provided. Not suitable for families with young kids as a bar sits under the apartment and can get loud at times.

This apartment has a good location 15-20 mins walk to the Duomo. Just outside the tourist district next to an amazing market. The apartment has all the needed amenities. My family has older kids so the location is managable.

The host asked me to pay the Tourist Tax by bank transfer, I would suggest and prefer a payment through Revolut. The spare room on Top is definitely for kids, not for adults. As when you wake up, you will hit your head with the ceiling. We were charged €60 for cleaning, yet there was not enough dish liquid detergent, nor dish cloths. As well, not enough shower gel for 3 people for 5 nights. There is also a flight of stairs before you go up to the apartment, you have to carry the luggage up.

The location is superb, in the vicinity of a lot of interesting places, Piazza del Duomo, Santa Croce Basilica, etc. The host was always helpful, when we needed something. The apartment is very spacious.

Thé living room bed was uncomfortable and bad for the back. It was not value for money rather we should get a refund from the hosts and Booking.com should verify the property prior listing on their site. It was too expensive for the comfort and amenities,

It was a bad experience. We waited out in the sun with family for almost 45 minutes. We called up booking.com who assured support then we called up host who was not helpful and asked us to pay 105 euro extra that was not mentioned on the booking site towards city tax and housekeeping. Only post payment we were allowed access to the accommodation. The Ac we’re not working and we had to keep the windows open which allowed mosquitoes inside that kept us up through night.

A 4 apprtment complex in the city center, we stayed there in july 2023, was very hot , the air conditioning was very poor the showers were clogged, and the rooms were clean, but everything looked old and used the communication was through Whatsapp, the staff isn't there they tried to help, but we didnt have much help with anything we asked

It wasn’t really in central Florence - right on the edge of the old town, which is fine except that we had children with us and had to walk 15-20 mins back and forth to the centre. The bar downstairs was really noisy on the Friday night. The aircon wasn’t enough to cool the size of the apartment and the loft bedroom was really hot. There was a small fan but the plug wasn’t compatible with the upstairs outlets. It says there is a balcony - but you wouldn’t use it for anything other than drying clothes.

The apartment was very large and clean. It had everything we needed. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The hot water did not work when we arrived at night and we had to take a freezing shower before sleep. The beds weren't very comfortable. It wasn't clean enough, especially the bathrooms would require deeper cleaning. There weren't warmer blankets available (it was cold and humid). Friday night was very loud (people drinking and shouting) at night until 6am since there is a bar/ restaurant nearby.

We had some trouble with the AC and the location was very loud outside. Restaurant downstairs had guests until 2 or 3am being noisy.

There was a washing machine but no clothes rack to dry our clothes. The fan that was provided was broken amd the AC didn't cool off the bathroom at all so it was really hot in there.

The location was fantastic, the apartment had pretty much everything we needed. There was loads of space. We would stay here again.

We are a family of 5 who just stayed in this flat for 4 nights.The place looks so much better in pictures. In real life it was dirty with broken chairs, a toilet flush that just keeps going and no cleaning facilities, not even a vacum cleaner or swiping brush, nowhere to take out the trash either. It was an old bra in the storage room and the oven plate was dirty. The WiFi did not work at all. And outside it is so much noise every night because of a bar right outside the windows. We asked for help with the WiFi and a vacuum so we could keep it clean. The owner said they came while we were out sightseeing and restarted the router, however when I said it didnt work, I got no reply after that. The only positive thing about this flat is that it is close to some of the popular tourist attractions in Florence. But we would never stay here again. And would never recommend it to anyone either who put emphasis in cleanliness and basic appartement facilities. Also the day of checkout, the checkout was due at 10, and the cleaners came and rang the doorbell right at 10 o clock, so no margin to stay any minutes over the time. I would advice you to stay elsewhere!

The location is close to some tourist attractions. The owner gave us useful and detailed tips on parking facilities.
