1. Problems with hot water, long to wait and very weak water pressure 2. On breakfast you have to go early morning, otherwise you will get only milk with flakes and tosters. We come at 10.00 pankakes were finished, new one hasn't been added, same for pie. Those who comes after 10.00 should take into account some food would be finished by that time.

The location was excellent and Breakfast choice adequate.Our room number 14 was comfortable and air conditioning was great.Staff were helpful. Clean room and good bedside lighting. It was a lovely quiet room .

It should be mentioned in a hotel description, that you have to check in at another hotel nearby. The breakfast is there as well. Wasn't a big deal, but people have a right to know before they arrive actually. There is no reception in the hotel itself. You get a key and a code to enter the hotel,when you check in in another hotel. I believe it's called Agli Artisto. The entrance door is tricky, so takes a bit time to figure out how to get in and out of the hotel 😅And feels weird when there's no staff to ask anything. You get a time slot for your breakfast. And only 30 minutes. When we arrived, there were only 2 available time slots left... Never expected that system. The breakfast itself was good and 30 minutes was enough time, but still we could relax and enjoy it, because we were aware of the time pressure. You don't need to stress, when on vacation, so I didn't appreciate it.

Location. Super close to St. Lucia train station and Piazza LA Roma where the airport bus departs from. If you wanna see the main attractions, you can walk for 20 minutes or take a vaporetto (costs 9.4 euro each way though). The room was big and everything was functional. A very decent breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. The price was fair, compared to many other Venice options.

It was just our room number 24, but the bathroom wasnt attached so getting to the bathroom/shower was a bit of a bother.

The reception manager of the evening was very unimpressive. He was on the phone with his headphones in the entire time talking to someone in his own language and laughing at there conversation. The occasional grunt for what he wanted from me. Also no attention to other customers who were trying to ask him questions and give him information. No assistance offered to get luggage up stairs. Disappointing after an 8 hour trip on a train to have such unpleasant person .

The slope of the bathroom floor is improper; water gets everywhere. The air in the room got a bit musty smelling. Opening the windows was a must.

The breakfast was excellent. The location is right around the corner from the train station. We really appreciated the free luggage storage so we could explore the city more after we checked out. We got a free upgrade to a room w/ attached bathroom.

Nothing to complain about here. What you see, and what you paid for, is what you get.

Close to Train station and car parking. Not a luxury property but good honest value for money. Everything was clean and worked as it should, bed was comfy. Croissants, boiled eggs and gourmet coffees, among other things, were available for breakfast.

You can hear the noise from outside. The check in table and breakfast is in the other hotel (not so far from Florida).

This hotel is 2min from the train station! It was the lowest price what we could find compear with the other offers and the best thing that breakfast was includeed! The breakfast is good! You can leave luggage for free when you already check out.

The web site did not make it clear that check-in did not occur at the locked entry for the Hotel Florida but rather 30 paces further at the Hotel degli Artisti.

The location was 3-5 minutes' walk from the train station.

The breakfast was just a buffet of the kind of sliced bread, ham and cheese that you get at the supermarket and "fruit juice" that is a drink with some fruit juice in it - and I had to agree a time to have it.

The staff are really nice. The hotel is in a quiet yet really convenient location, just around the corner from Santa Lucia station.

The hotel was clean but it is very basic. The room was small and only one bed had a reading light. Our view was the back of our building and we were told at reception that we are getting 'a free upgrade'!

Water pressure in the shower is not that great and it takes a very long time to get some hot water running. Breakfast area is small and it could be really overcrowded.
