Pleasant apartment in historic centre with amazing view overseeing the beach. Very attentive staff always ready to help and give advise.

Sleeping upstairs on the mezzanine meant that coming down the stepladder in the night to use the bathroom was not very convenient. The rooms were said to be for four people but we booked 2 for the four of us because I thought they wouldn’t be big enough and I am very glad that I did because one would not have been big enough for all four of us (we are a family of four with two teenage daughters).

Location was perfect, it couldn’t have been better.

It did not bother us at all, but I can see how previous reviews say that it outdated and the kitchen could be more equipped. Also, be aware that there is a lot of steps. It may not be suitable for some people. Yet, this was still perfect for us but we were glad we upgraded to an apartment.

The location was fantastic. Not far from the beach, restaurants or shops. We were glad we decided to upgrade to an apartment as we had lots of space and an outstanding view. This was particularly great we went during a weekend of celebrations so there were plenty of fireworks. The staff were friendly but also were respectful of our privacy, including the cleaners. My favourite thing was the private beach with sun beds and an umbrella. I felt very relaxed and safe to leave my stuff by the bed.

The steps to the loft are very steep. And if you aren’t aware of the way Sperlonga is configured, you might be surprised by all the steps to get anywhere.

The staff was amazing. Our flight was canselled at the time we where leaving Norway. We didn`t get a new ticket before in three days later, so we would had lost a lot of days in Sperlonga. But the staff at Florenza Residenze managed to postpone our stay by three days, and saved our entire holiday. Florenza Residenze gave us the best service I have experienced in a long time.

Not enough sheets, washing mashine smelly and did not wash our clothes well. They were kind of still dirty. Could have used an english guide to use it.

No parking and it’s a hike to get up to the room. I saw later that there is help with luggage so be sure to call the property about this. The room is great but it’s dark. The WiFi is not good unless you are out on the patio. it’s a problem if you have to work (which I did.) And why the room being dark was noticeable.

Perfect location in Sperlonga, between the restaurants and bars of the charming old city and the beach. The wiew from the balcony was amazing! Nice apartment, clean and friendly staff. Free entrance to the private beach.

The Wi-Fi in our room could have been better, but there were local shops and restaurants with Wi-Fi when we were out and about.

Fantastic view of the beach and city, located among the tiny steps and streets on the hillside. Very charming room with cute tiny kitchen, spacious room and bathroom. Very warm and comfortable located near many shops and restaurants.

Great location and a great sea view . We parked below for 30 minutes ( max. Allowed) did the check-in and were helped with our things to the room.

Sperlonga is a beautiful city with an old town, in which the apartment is located. The view from the balcony is extraordinary, even you can see the sundown. The staff was great and helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a brilliant stay.
