It was a great stay! The apartment looked better than the pictures and was very spacious. Loved having a full kitchen with a washing machine. The staff were very friendly and I liked that even though it was an apartment, they were available 24 hours a day. Great location!

Lots of steps 60 in total to get to flat but keeps you fit . Flat itself needs a makeover , little bit dated everywhere . Dishwasher didn’t work so had to hand wash everything . Needs a lick of paint and some new furniture/ fittings to reach its potential

Could be a bit more clean, especially bathroom. Only one key for a big group is limited.

Good area. Close to a lot of restaurants in a vibrant area.. But apartement is located in quiet street. Good for groups and easy checkin. Excellent to visit Rome!

We were very pleased with the location and the rental itself. Checkin was seamless and Alessio was very accommodating with an early checkin and late checkout. The apartment was comfortable and the amenities were great. I would highly recommend!

Windows could be isolated better (from street noise), but all in all no problem.

The flat is located about 15 foot minutes from the center, in the less frequented part of Trastevere. The communictation with the personal was very easy; if there was a problem, they helped us immediately.

For a family with two kids, this apartment was super spacious, and comfortable and provided lots of privacy for kids to relax and play. The balcony was great. Great bathroom and comfortable beds.

AC didn't get as cold as I'd like -- was hot in the middle of the night, and no provided fan. Check-out process was a bit extensive, including throwing trash away like 7 minutes from the apartment. The keycard situation is pretty inconvenient for groups: you only get one, so if you split up you have to remember to leave it in the lockbox, and come back to a hot apartment since it controls the electricity. And if one person stays behind in the apartment, you have to rely on them to let you back in (praying that they didn't fall asleep!). The wood on the bedroom window was stripping off. Shower drain a bit clogged such that you're standing in two inches of water.

Location is perfect. Host was responsive and addressed two issues that I had within 24 hours (broken hairdryer and leaking shower). Host let us check out an hour after normal check-out time. WiFi was good. Well-stocked kitchen. Nice view from the windows and rooftop.

The location of this apartment was perfect for our family stay. Restaurants and shops within close walking distance. The neighborhood was very quiet while also having easy access to the historic sites of Rome across the river!

Easy self check-in. We were able to arrive in the middle of the night. Not a fancy apartment but spacious and great location with responsive host.

Walking up the 3 flights of stairs....however after a few days we were used to it. It's really not a problem. I needed to be in better shape. LOL

Great location, the layout of the apartment was great. Apartment was well equipped for our needs. The staff was in constant contact making sure we were fine, and asking if we needed anything.

The boiler stopped working hence, there was no heating or hot water. Although this problem was solved by the staff, the boiler again stopped working later that night

The bathtub was rather old, but it worked OK and I loved the hot water :-) Only when two people had a shower at the same time (in two bathrooms), hot water changed into cold unexpectedly.

We really appreciated help with transfer from the airport and to the airport (for additional fee). We liked the roof terrace, clean bed sheets, towels, and bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and the location. There are plenty great restaurants nearby with reasonably low prices. It was easy to walk across the river to the old centre as well. We only used buses when we wanted to go somewhere further.

The bathroom is a bit small and the water pressure not that great with hot water coming on and off.

Great location and we loved the flat. It was very easy to communicate with the owners. We were also granted a late check out which was super helpful! Close to buzzing bars, restaurants and all kinds of transport. If I was buying a flat in Rome, this would be my favourite area.
