The Air Conditioning did not turn on, but there were two fans we used. A couple lights in the bathroom did not work and we needed a couple more towels.

Great location near the Piazza Duomo. The room was dark and relatively quiet at night. Washing machine in the bathroom, large space.

The bathroom is very outdated which isn’t necessarily bad but there are tiles in the shower missing which you can cut your feet on if not careful! Also no face washers provided. Soaps/ flooring need attention. Be prepared to hear noise because it’s right on the heart of town! Host should explain the electrical blinds 1st night we didn’t know they were there and we woke up early due to noise and light! Not ideal with children.

Property was in a fantastic location! Lots of space for a family for four to have their own room! Clost to supermarkets and restaurant’s! Check in was very easy!

I never met the host in person; communication was limited to messages, and the host's responses were quite abrupt. After sending a photo of the keys and the city tax money, I didn't receive any acknowledgment from the host, a goodbye or anything. The flat seemed to be just a money-making venture for the host, with little attention to hospitality. The WiFi details provided were incorrect, and I had to message the host to get the updated information. The sheet in the flat mentioned coffee and water, but there were only some abandoned sugar sachets—no coffee, no water, nothing beyond the bare minimum for a flat costing €200 per night. The flat was decently clean but needed more attention to detail( look at photo with mold from the shower), especially given the price.

The flat is extremely well-located, just steps away from the Duomo. The flat is very very spacious. Bed and sofas very comfortable. Towels and extra blankets. Seamless checkin / checkout process Secure building , very accesibile.

-no ac but plenty of fans and 1 portable ac unit. We were still hot at night so we had to open the windows to cool down but then it was a bit loud. So we did not sleep well. -hot water was tricky (needed to put the on switch by bathroom mirror). It was luke warm so not really hot. Had to take quick showers because warm water ran out with the 5 of us.

The building is right near the Duomo. Very beautiful flat Family of 5 fit perfectly. Location was perfect! Lots of places to eat and explore.

The location is very good. You can see the cathedral right out of the apartment door. Transportation and food are very convenient.

Some of the floor boards were coming up (popping out) and tiles were missing from the bathroom. I couldn’t find any kitchen towels or sponges, so it was hard to clean the counters/wipe up spills. The check in was awkward with no actual talking to any real people.

Loved the location and price. It was a good size too, with plenty of room for the two parents and my three teenage boys.

The location really is everything. Loved being so close to everything. The space was small but we had everything that we needed. The host gave us great instructions on how to enter etc before arriving, so it was all very smooth. No complaints. Great for a quick stay. Right at the Duomo/Metro etc.

The big windows are not very comfortable during the night, not well isolated. The noise is very loud, as if the windows were open. I personally could not sleep because of the noise outside until morning. The heat did not work in the big ventilators, and because it was rainy outside, we really needed the heat to work in order to dry our clothes.

Very close to the center, very clean, large spaces, impressive building. Super nice bed linen and towels. Large bathroom with huge douche cabin. Cozy place.

If you have a car, the parking lot is a bit far. You have to walk with your lagguage. If you have a small child, the access to the apartment is hard with a stroller. There are stairs before and after the elevator because the elevator is going up to the 4th floor, and the apartment is on the 5th floor.

The location was really great, you are in the real center. You can walk to historical places and restaurants easily. The host was very responsive.

Only one complect of keys, at least two will be more convinient. Also, we were asked to leave the keys inside, but they could be needed to go outside, so someone should wait outside keeping door opens while another one brings keys back to flat. Water was not draining well in the shower.

Excellent location, big space. Mostly everything is needed was available. Water was prepared, it was so cute, capsules for coffee mashine were available, a lot of different accessories for the kitchen. Additional blankets and pillows, cleaning accessories. Washing mashine.

1. the over head shower in 203 would not turn on. 2. looked like black mold in the shower in the upper left hand side when facing the back wall. 3. the small button on the toilet was broken so we wasted water always having to push the big button. 4. pillows to hard and flat. 5. need hooks to hang things up because we only had 4 clothes hangers. women need more.

Facilities do not match the description - No washing machine. Crockery in the kitchenette were not matching expectations. Had enough plates and tumblers, but cooking utensils were pretty minimal. We could not even fry an omlette. And toiletries in the washroom were not refilled. They just seemed left over after the previous guests checked out. Cleanliness was not upto the mark. For eg: We could see long hair in the shower cubicle. Air conditioner was not effective for warming. The air coming out was not warm even when the temperature was kept at 30C for a long time.

Location is just unbeatable. We were right on the Duomo Piazza. The host was reachable most times for quick queries. Decently spacious for three of us.

Trouble with Wi-Fi but got sorted quickly after contacting owner. Lift was antique (but cute) so it was a bit slow to get to top floor.

Unfortunately the available elevator did not work for much of the stay and the apartment was on the 4th floor. There were two elevators and during the week both operate with the concierge present during weekdays. A goods lift at the rear did not operate properly and stopped between floors and not on the floor required. At night and on weekends one of the two lifts is not operational, and when the others do not work, it makes it more difficult, especially with luggage. A quicker fix, or opening the other lift after a couple of days of other elevator non-service, would be a major benefit.q

Great location mere metres from the main square and easy access to the major sites. Nice big apartment providing room for a small family. Host was kind and communication was good.
