Our host was so very accommodating. He went home to get us a sewing kit when we asked, helped us book a taxi and was so welcoming. Treats left for snacks and breakfast were very appreciated. Good location for us. Lovely little balcony space.

Not much shopping or restaurants in the area. Too many keys for all the doors.

Lots of pastry type things and some fresh fruit and a coffee maker in the room. So more than adequate for me as I am not a breakfast eater.

Owner is extremely welcoming. Showed us around the place. Great value for the money in an overly expensive area. Bed is comfortable , shower is hot, room was clean. I would stay here again.

It's not really near the airport and there isn't any shuttle

The tax money (1.5 euro or so) could only be paid in cash. Not sure if specific to this property or not, but for an overnight stay in Europe between flights it could have been problematic.

The 3 Euro city tax you have to pay in cash when you check in, caught us off guard. Be prepared with some coins. One of the challenges I discovered, was that everyone in Italy uses WhatsApp exclusively. I don't typically use it, so it was a little frustrating to communicate for check in. The other part of the problem was that I was using an Italian chip in my phone. So my number was not the same as registered with WhatsApp. A lot of lessons were learned for the future: don't use airport taxis, always have cash, use WhatsApp, and figure out your phone number (these were all my problems; nothing to do with the actual stay).

Wonderful host. I would stay here again just because he was so wonderful and proud of his little inn. Located in the middle of a neighborhood apartment building. The place is incredibly clean and comfortable. Our room had a nice view over the back yard. The host has so many thoughtful accommodations for you, and there are couple of restaurants within walking distance. Also, the host has a strong relationship with a taxi service that can get you back and forth to the airport at a reasonable price. Don't wait in the crazy taxi line at the airport. Rush hour can be hectic and delay your commute. Airport taxi services will overcharge to get you to the inn (we made that mistake). Other than that, it was a great stay overall. Enjoy!

A shuttle service would have been a bonus since I think many travellers use the accomodation for its location close to the airport. Finding taxis from Rome airport is chaotic!

Stefano and his wife are the highlight of this property so kind and accomodating! The location to the airport is also very convenient as we had an early departure flight after this short stop over in Rome. The pizza shop right across the road from the property was very handy and lovely staff. For the price I think Stefano’s property was very reasonable.

The location was a little remote and the streets were narrow. Once we arrived and saw the room all was well! Didn't really have time to explore the location since we booked one night and had to return our car rental the next morning.

The hosts were very genuine and courteous. The room was large, clean and comfortable. While the area seemed remote it was 18 minutes from the airport and worth the price.

Stefano, the owner, and his wife were super nice and there for us whenever we had a question. We stayed only one night between flights. It was a pleasure to stay there.
