Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe rooms are definitely older. They advertise that the lobby bar is open with drinks and snacks all day but we never saw it open. We arrived to the hotel at about 5:30pm and we were so hungry and had to wait until the restaurant opened at 7 to eat. The restaurant for dinner is not within the hotel and is about a 8 min walk away.
This property was close to the airport and had a shuttle that picks you up and takes you there which is great. We were only there for one night so it was convenient

Perfect location for an early flight from Malpensa. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Personnel exceptionally kind. In particular, kudos to the shuttle driver who overheard that I had left my glasses in the room and offered to bring them to the airport for me.

First of all the hotel's convenient location. It is very close to the airport. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent shuttle bus service to the airport for just 5 Euro pp. The room was clean, the bed was small but comfy.

DenmarkThe hotel claims that according to the law the weighted average temperature cannot be over 19 degrees. However, that doesn’t mean they should try to save on heating bills in expense of the customers. The temperature in the room was 17.7 degrees and could not be changed, which unacceptable. The price for the hotel was okish but don’t forget you have to pay quite a lot extra for transfer both ways, breakfast and other stuff, so it adds up.

United StatesWe selected this property for the sole reason to be close to the airport for an early departure out of Milan. The location is not connected to the airport, but rather within a neighborhood about 10 minutes driving distance in the fee-provided hotel shuttle (5€ per person each way +optional tip). There were no amenities near the hotel, there was no restaurant (except for a small space open during breakfast hours - (7-10 am). There was Wi-Fi and smart TV in the room, but you cannot connect to Netflix, or any other online entertainment because management would not connect internet to their TV’s. The (less than helpful) on-duty staff said that it was too problematic for them to manage system when guests did not log off. Whatever!
It was okay for a single-night stay.

IsraelEvery single little thing costs so much extra (the prices are airport prices). When I booked this hotel it mentioned that they offer shuttle service to and from the airport but nowhere did I see that if you land at night then it's 10 euros per person for a short 3 km drive, it's ridiculous (and there's no other way to get there unless you rent a car). I only found out after booking and there weren't too many options left so we ended up staying there. They have a few options for breakfast, the cheapest one is 3.5 euros for a small crumbly croissant and an espresso... And their most expensive is their buffet breakfast that's 10 euro per person. When we came at 8:45 there were no more eggs and they said they don't make anymore (they serve breakfast until 10 so this was surprising). Also there's basically only one place near the hotel to eat lunch and dinner and if you miss the times it's open then you'll just have to stay hungry which is a shame. You can't open the windows and on the other hand can't turn on the AC... Since our stay was short for only 2 nights and we needed to stay near the airport it was fine but I was surprised for how much we paid and the little value we got in return.
Very convenient that it's a 5 minute drive away the airport, the beds were really comfy and the cleaning lady was super nice.
