The properties bit far (1.5km) from the ferry location, but for adults, it is walkable distance

The place is a little far from the city center and the attractions, but if you like to walk (15-20 min) and you don't have many luggage, I really recommend this place, because it is very peaceful.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, she gave us a map of the city and showed us the main attractions which are worth to visit. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was very tasty, we could choose from a variety of bakery and dairy products, and there were also fresh fruits. The owner's dog was also very cute. :)

Clean comfortable room. Travelling by motorbike so hotel said parking was free which was a bonus. Good breakfast selection. Location fine 15 minutes walk into centre of Bellagio.

Lovely property in quiet area. Good choice for breakfast, clean common areas, bedroom and bathroom. Good restaurant BellaGina & others within walking distance. A good walk from Bellagio center, but a nice one.

Wifi in my room on 2nd floor was weak and mostly did not work, partly due to weather but also on sunny day. Bed was a bit uncomfortable due to noise of bed springs when moving in the night.

Excellent staff always willing to help. Nice breakfast. Quiet. 10-12 mins walk to town centre.

Shower is very small and rain head was weak. Mattress was a little thin but ok. It is further removed from everything but that’s ok and thats reflected in pricing

Since the hotel has private parking space, it would be bettet not to pay for the parking daily

The loction was 20 min away from the attractions , tbe breakfast was so good with alot of variaties, the view from the room was nice. After all eveything was good

We did not have any complaints!

We enjoyed our entire visit, starting with checkin. We were given adjoining rooms that worked great for our family. The desk clerk was very helpful in providing us with directions and suggestions for dinner. And the breakfast was very fresh and delicious!

We could not fault this hotel at all.

The property was in a perfect location, 15 minute walk from the main town and with lots going on around it. Restaurants, supermarket, pool all in walking distance. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had interconnecting rooms which were perfect for a family of 4 with 2 children. This meant we had 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. The hotel has a lovely dog who both my children looked forward to seeing each time we returned/left the hotel. Wonderful breakfast each morning with plenty to choose from. We had a fantastic stay here.

The family that owned the hotel were very friendly and accomodating . The hotel is located at the corner of the two main streets in town. There was no A/C so it meant leaving the windows open. The rode noisy was very loud until midnight and started up again a 6 am in the morning.. The walk to the Historic district is a good distance but mostly down hill. Very fortunately there is a shuttle train ride from the boat dock to a stop at the hotel. The trip back is up hill!!!!, The daily breakfast was great. Parking is behind the hotel and was quite handy and secure. The road out to Bellagio on both sides of the peninsula is a driving challenge. The road is very windy and about 1 1/2 lanes wide with two way traffic including buses and trucks,
