We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Made effort to get milk for my son for his cornflakes. Special thanks to the hotel staff Mr Donenico. He is so kind, helped me to call the church to enquire on the mass in English. He has very good service when we check in. Beautiful stay at hotel fini, will come back again...

PhilippinesWhile waiting for our trip back to Rome, there was a police investigation going on in the cafeteria. A police officer was there talking to a man, whom I presume iwas a guest in the hotel. What could it be???? A guest who lost something in his stay there or had a problem with a staff or with another guest...a query for me??? I asked the lady in the reception and she said she did not know what happened.
