We were greeted on arrival by the lovely Flavio who was very charming and helpful, warmly welcoming us to Milan, lifting our bags and escorting us personally into the apartment. He gave us a wonderful tip to visit a roof top restaurant beside the Duomo and we had a lovely mid afternoon aperitif looking at the cathedral's spires. The property is in a gorgeous building and is in an excellent location, a very short walk through the beautiful Galleria Vittorio Emanuele to the Duomo square. We rose very early the next day and strolled back to get beautiful photos of the Galleria without the throngs of tourists, and likewise the outside of the Duomo. When it was time to leave we were greeted by Flavio's brother Christian, another charming and helpful host who carried our bags to an awaiting taxi and sent us off with best wishes.

The elevator was a little bit small, but who cares about the elevator? If you have a lot of baggage, you can use it twice!

Really very clean apartment (floor, bathroom, kitchen, beds, bed sheets, towels, everything)! Perfect for families with young kids! The owner is extremely friendly and answers in one minute not only for anything you will need for the apartment but for everything else! Makes cosy and happy your stay in the apartment and the hole city! He can come fast to find you! He gave us anything we wanted, as also general information for the city (restaurants, taxi, car parking, super market, movies, etc.). In the kitchen there was a coffee machine with a lot of capsules and cool water! There also were dishwasher and big oven (we didn't use them but we appreciated it). The position is less than 10 minutes walking from thw city center, in a good neighborhood! For sure it takes 10' !

The apartament was perfect, Via Uberto Visconti di Modrone 8. Impecable cleanliness, comfortable bed/sofa, the kitchen was well equiped with everything you needed. The beautiful apartament is located very close to the Duomo di Milano, as well as other places you want to visit. The apartament has a beautiful view, located in a quiet and peaceful area. Since i booked the apartament and as i was staying there, the staff was friendly, open to every question i had and very helpful. I personaly thank Christian for his kindness and warm welcoming to the apartament and Flavio for his commitment to make our stay as good as possible. Great communication with the service provider. The self check-in and instructions were very precise. Excellently located around the corner from Montenapoleone street and metro stop, but also quiet, cosy and clean. Will definitely use again for short stays in the city.

The landlord is the best landlord I have met. He was so nice during our stay. The location is very perfect and is very close to the Milan Cathedral. I and my friends experienced two perfect nights in the apartment. If we come to Milan again, we still want to choose this apartment. Thanks the landlord so much!!!

only thing is that he white love seat and chair need to be replaced, they do not look clean with some stains. Sometimes Kitchen lights flickers.

Amazing Location. Nice quite area. Specious bedroom with comfortable bed, big closet, windows and working AC. Bathroom is clean, shower has good water pressure and warm water. I did not use the kitchen but looks sufficient and updated. Elevator to apartment.

I think a larger/standard sized ironing board would be better to have.

Clean and spacious. The slippers provided was a nice touch. Washing machine was very convenient as well as the drying rack.
