Elegant Hotel with all the facilities. Breakfast was good and the staff were really courteous. The lady receptionist sounded a bit off though but the rest of the members were good.

Bathroom was mouldy and too small, it was difficult to get in and out of the shower and the shower screen did not stop water from leaking over the side. Bed not very comfortable.

A decent hotel with friendly staff and in a pretty good location outside of the touristy areas. Only 10 mins away by metro from the city centre. Breakfast offering was great, good coffee and lovely fresh bread. Good aircon and balcony. Room cleaned daily

A comfortable clean hotel located in a beautiful neighbourhood of Rome. It has an old-fashioned charm all of its own, it is decorated with vintage furniture. They offer two different types of pillow, a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. Breakfast was good. The staff are helpful and very kind. The garden in the hotel is absolutely charming. There are nearby beautiful parks, supermarkets, restaurants, a very good cafe with amazing cakes and the best gelateria around the corner. Walkable distance to subway and bus stop. We have been there twice: in October 2017 and now in May 2024. We highly recommend it!

The bathroom is small, and the shower is not functional (if you're not careful the water might get out of the bathtub).

It is a vintage-looking hotel with friendly staff and great service in general. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast was splendid and well-diversified.

Breakfast was astonishingly not good, for an Italian four star hotel: quite abundant in quantity, but really not high on the quality side, a pity!

Property is a bit worn out. It would be interesting investing in renovation. My room was facing the street, so it was a bit noisy, but it didn’t affect my sleep.

Liked the location as it was close to the subway. The fact that it was not so much in the city center made the price much better than other places in Rome, which is very expensive in this sense.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Fenix. Wonderful staff, delicious breakfast and nice room. Hotel was a bit old, but that added to the charm. Location was a bit out of the way but once we figured out the subway system, we were good.

The food we ordered one afternoon could have been better.

The breakfast was nice and rich with lots of options and the coffee was good. the room was nice and clean. As for the location, we were a half an hour walk from the university. and it was a nice walk in the morning. the busses from just outside the hotel go to the termini and in to town. we never had to wait long for a bus. The staff were very nice and helpful

The front desk reception gives your prisoner’s experience and make you feel you are his prisoner. I had my daughter visiting me for couple hours and leave, the reception and older gentleman who checked me in first. called me and told me in the room two times before 09:30 PM and asked if my daughter was leaving or staying with you overnight. He lacked the common sense. A bedroom with 4 beds only 4 people can sleep, there is no room for more than 4 to sleep. The fact that he did not trust me and called me again to see if my daughter was leaving at the night, made me so upset that I did not sleep at all. I hated my stay in the hotel.

Very spacious and nicely decorated rooms. The bed was confortable and I loved the small balcony. Also the it is the first hotel that offers two different types of pillows, a softer one and a harder one.
